I live in a block of flats and we have used WLS for some years now and have found them to be first class in everything they do. Today we had a service call and Eriglen attended from WLS, I could not have wished for a nicer or more helpful engineer, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile on his face, he was an absolute pleasure. I must add that I have had several engineers in the past and they, like Eriglen were all highly professional and helpful. I would recommend this company and their staff to anyone.

I thought WLS were extremely professional and polite when installing our security grate. We are very happy with their service.

I had the most terrible experience with WLS straight from the start . As soon as we got into contract with them. I was waiting exchange the security batteries for six months and at the end they installed used ones without dates and one even burnt and sent us an expensive invoice assuming I won't notice. Totally disappointed with them.

This company was amazing. I received helpful and prompt advice on the telephone from Sadie which then resulted with an engineer visiting my home and dealing with my problem within 30 minutes of my call. So unusual these days to receive such a service. I'd highly recommend.

I frequently go to WLS for assistance. the whole team are fantastic. George and Russell in particular always go over and above to try to ensure we are not inconvenienced.

We recently contracted WLS to enhance the security features at our nursery entrance, and we could not be happier with the entire experience.
From start to finish, the team demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism. Steve, who did the site visit, handled all the paperwork and organised the work, was fantastic; extremely efficient, communicative, and meticulous about sticking to proposed deadlines and timelines.
The engineers, Zack and Marek, were an absolute dream to work with. Despite the often-hectic nature of nursery drop offs and pick ups, they remained respectful, calm, and accommodating. They patiently answered all our questions, explained the process clearly, and walked us through how everything would work once the installation was complete.
Sam, who oversaw the logistics of operation, also took the time to check in with us afterward to ensure we were satisfied and everything had gone smoothly.
We highly recommend WLS to anyone considering similar work. It has been one of the best contractor experiences we have had, and we are grateful to the team for making this project stress free and successful. Thank you!

Great service. Good communication, engineer arrived on time and was able to fix the fault efficiently. WLS also followed up with a detailed report which was useful.

WLS team are efficient and helpful. Emmanuel our engineer for the morning removed our intruder alarm, he was punctual, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!

They are wast of time and the don’t know what is need to be fix I been waiting for months to fix the gate then the send me email of £4800 to fix the gate which cost me £100 10 minutes to be fix
I would not recommend this company they are useless and wast time

Eriglen from WLS came to fix our broken buzzer and he was able to do so really efficiently. He was very professional and polite, and quality checked his work to ensure the issues were resolved. Great service, thank you.

They sent someone out on the same day to fix an alarm issue. Our Galaxy 2 alarm system was going into alert mode repeatedly. It all now works.

Eriglen from WLS attended to update our security cameras. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Afterwards, he checked that everything was in good working order and ensured that we understood how to use the app.

Eriglen was great. He came and sorted out all of our problems very quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too!

We contracted WLS to fix an issue that we've been having with the intercoms for months and had many other call outs with another company. With WLS it was a breath of fresh air. Eriglen and Daisy have been super communicative and were able to see us in such a short amount of time. Eriglen arrived and within an hour had fixed the issue that had been plagueing us and previous contractors for months. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A great ambassador for WLS! I highly highly recommend them.

Impeccable Service. Lets face it, getting someone in your home for a CCTV service is not the most pleasant way to spend your time. Emanuel from WLS provided superb service : punctual, tidy, very knowledgeable and very tenacious. My alarm company could not figure out what was wrong with the system. Emanuel just would not let go and ended up fixing it, preventing me the cost of a new DVR. I am switching to WLS for maintenance from now on. Phone service by Monet was also second to none. It did not know companies like WLS still existed in London......Thank you

Excellent service from Emanuel this morning. Clear and helpful explanations of the work he was doing on my intruder alarm - and he even dusted the sensors for me! Great company.
