I love people and companies that do exactly as they say, and this is one of those companies! You tell them what you need them to do, in my case it was service my gas fire and I needed some new coals. They quoted me, came on the right day and right time as they said they would do, did a fabulous job and left me with a fire that looked like a new one again. They made no mess and if you didn’t know, you wouldn’t know they had taken the fire completely out to clean it. . They invoiced me exactly the amount they had quoted me which is a pleasant change from other companies.

They are a good company and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Contacted WVL after receiving a recommendation from a work colleague we needed two heating systems converted from system boilers to combi units so decided to ask David at WLV for a quote along with a couple of other companies. David booked a visit for a survey and took a look at the existing systems and took me through the options available. We needed to relocate one of the boilers and make space for some later construction work we have planned David didn’t see any problems but advised that the gas supply pipe would need an upgrade for the bigger boiler at this point I discounted the other two companies as they wanted to install the new supply pipe on top of the plaster or to run the pipe outside. David promptly sent us a quote and we agreed dates for the two installations. On the dates Chris and Adam arrived covered the carpets and worktops and set to work striping the tanks and installing the new boilers their care and attention to detail was second to non I can definitely recommend using their services. they worked through the extreme heat to get the job done. the job was completed as David said it would be customer service was perfect all the way through so many thanks for a job well done

Had my boiler serviced last week by Scott! Scott had great communication arrived on time appeared to give boiler a very thorough service as stated unsure when it was last serviced or how old it was. Scott provided plenty of info about my boiler and some great advice and was very impressed with the service as a whole. Highly recommended and will be using again next especially with the automated reminder which is great for a busy mum 👍

WLV heating came to me on recommendation. I cannot fault the service i have received. The staff are Friendly, helpful, respectful, not to mention efficient and arrived at allocated time. Resolved the issues, providing a wonderful service. So if you are in need of plumber / heating services. I’d highly suggest giving them a call.

We were very impressed with WLV and happy with the work completed. The engineers were professional, friendly, clean and tidy and very efficient. Even received a text message to say engineer is on the way. Would highly recommend WLV.

Unbeknown to our esteemed customers at The World’s Most beautiful Wine Bar (aka Arch 13), we have for a long time had a minor issue with a leak in the disabled toilets. Over weeks and months we have had numerous firms in to try and address the problem but in spite of much head scratching, tutting and sucking in of breath, none of them has managed to resolve it.
Enter WLV Plumbing and Heating in the shape of Adam who turned up when promised, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and returned when promised to fit them. The bill, including the 2 visits and necessary parts was more than reasonable.
Thank you and Adam so much for remedying the issue so quickly and professionally and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending WLV Plumbing and Heating; I have already given your details to our team at Arch 13 such that yours will be the first and only number they call in the event of any further problems.

WLV Heating Ltd carried out my annual boiler service and also replaced my outside tap. The engineer arrived on time and as always, the work was completed promptly and professionally. 100% recommend.

Really please with my new boiler installation from WLV Heating. From the initial request for quotation through to the final installation checks, they were great. They explained everything included in the quote really well including pipe routes etc. Really good communication and they turn up exactly when they say they’re going to (even send a courtesy text to say they’re on their way). They did a great installation job of the boiler and also sorted a couple of other issues which were found. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very courteous and absolutely zero mess was left at the end. Would totally recommend this Company and I’ll definitely use them for the annual boiler service, as well as any future works.

Great service from WLV. They have modern systems that confirm appointments and attendance, plus old fashioned great service and attention to detail. We'll be using them again and would definitely recommend.
