WLV fitted our boiler 3 years ago and they were very polite, professional and very tidy, explaining to us what they were doing throughout the day. We have had the boiler serviced by WLV the last 2 years and would highly recommend them, the team are very polite from booking the service through the office to them checking with us what the best time would be for us.They arrived on time,checked everything over thoroughly and explained what they were doing .All the times they have came to our house I have felt relaxed,informed and very pleased with the work carried out x

WLV Plumbing was recommended by a neighbour of ours who had some work done by them and was exstreamly happy with them, so we gave them a try. We asked them for a boiler service, we didn't mention it was an old boiler in a kitchen cupboard as a few companies have had reservations in doing it.
But when Adam arrived and saw the job he just got on with it. Adam was so pleasant and understanding about the job, which we were really worried about. He just got on with it no trouble. I will be recommending them to my family and already asked if he can do some gas jobs for them.

I have used WLV Heating Ltd on many occasions. They are always reliable and punctual. They recently came out to a problem with the boiler at my son’s flat. It was fairly late on a Friday but Scott went out of his way to sort the issue having to come back early on the Saturday to fit a part. It was much appreciated and I would never hesitate to recommend them.

The engineer came on time, promptly started the job, was clean and tidy made no mess, polite had a chat, completed the job keeping us informed of what he was doing would highly recommend this company 👍🏻

This company are the first ones who have been genuinely talented and have personable people working there in all my years of using tradespeople.

They turned up on time, gave a detailed outline of the job, left no mess, explained how to work the new boiler, replaced any blown radiator valves and left comprehensive paperwork on the use of the boiler.

Their office procedures of keeping us informed of progress, booking in time slots, being available on the phone and issuing invoices is top notch.

I will definitely be using this company again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.
