This bra is complete rubbish! Whatever bra's they use in their advertising bears no resemblance to the actual product whatsoever! The material is thin and nasty and the bra does not fit or support in any way. I am currently trying to get a refund of the purchase price but the company is not bothering to answer me so cannot even get an address to return this piece of rubbish to. What a scam!! Like so many others, I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. Absolutely a scam, material is stretchy lace with no support whatsoever. I've followed all the instructions and returned the items only to find the parcel can't be delivered. I'm now £60 out of pocket. Don't know how they sleep at night

I ordered a supportive ergonomic bra from this company.
On arrival the product is flimsy, offering no support at the side of my breasts.Its like a baggy cropped top on me.
Customer service is no better than the products.They will not refund my money unless I return the product but they tell me that will not be cost effective and the item may get lost.Tracked post is almost two thirds the cost of the product.
They have offered me a coupon for £20 and a £5 refund.
There is no way ha ing seen the quality I will purchase anymore of their products so a coupon is no use to me.
It looks like i'll just have to take £5 as a part refund.

These bras are not of good quality, they say they have a refund and returns, but unfortunately the parcel has to be returned to China which costs a fortune. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought.

No quality, cheapest unacceptable piece of cloth cut in and sowed with cheap thread. Delay in delivery. This is a fake shop for quality and specially for BH‘s don‘t oder anything by this shop

Beware, item not as described (orange not nude and no support). although paying for the return of the item the sellers are refusing to give me a full refund. Would give 0 if I could

I am extremely surprised to read so many negative reviews about this company! I have just received my 2nd order from them this year, and both the products and the customer service I found to be EXCELLENT!

One item in my current order was out of stock but still showing on their website, and as I'd paid for it with my order they refunded me right away. They are totally NOT a scam company, and I would definitely order from them again.

Terrible Bra couldnt get it on the size was completely wrong . No support what so ever . Don’t understand how they keep selling. Save your money don’t buy.

I ordered products from this company but then found I had ordered the wrong product.
I immediately contacted the company requesting a cancellation. I had a very quick reply offering me discounts on the product. I continued my cancellation request, again the company replied very quickly. The order was placed on 12th June and very polite and friendly emails were exchanged, my money was refunded by 15th June and a £20 voucher code sent for any future orders.
I can’t comment on delivery times or quality of goods because the order was cancelled and refunded but the communication and cooperation was excellent

The material was rubbish, and the bra didn’t fit ,it gave no support. When I tried to send it back there was no system to do so. It was. a total scam and my advice would be to learn from my experience . AVOID ALL DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Biggest scam ever, from china. very cheap ,non supportive material, Having made the mistake of not reading reviews I bought from this company. Size chart I checked before buying and didn't fit. So supposed to be full refund. When trying to return they offered, keep item, and offered vouchers £4 £5 and £7. Why would I want to keep the item when it's not any use to me. After a few days of emails back and forth to them decided to accept the £7 and give up as a bad experience. There's no way I would ever buy from the company again and certainly would not recommend.

Ordered from what was described as WMBRA UK. Items came in wrong size and poor quality. Noted the payment went to WMBRA Hong Kong. Applied for a refund of £35 minus postage. Offered to let us keep items and a refund of £4. Then £5 then £7. Finally obtained a return address in Shanghai. Sent items back at a cost of about £11. 5 weeks on received a full refund including initial postage. Ended up £11 out of pocket of course. Too much hassle but they did keep in touch.

Purchased bras from an advert in Mail on Sunday Having received items after waiting sometime l didn't even get a confirmation of my order,so I had to contact them about this and they replied it is in your spam file which did ring alarm bells at the time. The items are absolute rubbish! They are only on email l believe in China. It is a scam operation! They will not give an address or refund my £41 and keep referring to their 30day money back guarantee. They are offering me a £20 voucher and £4 and keep the bras and sell.

DO NOT ORDER from this "shop".

It is a total scam - the products are cheap and nasty quality, they sell you an insurance for sending items back if they don't fit but don't honor that insurance. All you get is google translate, idiotic customer service responses. You are stuck with unusable products and no means to send it back without losing money ( as the stuff needs to go back to China ). Even if you then do that, they just pretend to have never received the delivery, post office says delivered and you have NOTHING in hand.

Terrible item. Have not refunded after return of item. Customer service not helpful even though I have sent proof of return with ref number. Plus photo of receipt. Save your money pass this company by.

This is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had, total scam!!!

This company provided shoddy goods which took a long time to arrive. I didn't know where the bra had come from and there was no return address. Despite the returns policy they didn't send me a return label and told me that if I did contact them to get a label I would have to send it back at my own expense, pay any export charges and I would only get £3 refund plus a voucher to buy something else from them.
