I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
I also found that they refuse to accept a return and certainly do not refund what was paid. I have been offered a paltry £4, which I have finally accepted because I want to be rid of them. Of course will not use this firm again..

AVOID. China and you waste money and get nil of use.

Bras for my wife, nearly £50, total rubbish. No return address, just e mail. They said they will not. Re fund without the bras being returned. Then they told me not to return as it's expensive and they could get stolen in the post. Given up.

Avoid! Do NOT order from this company! Product did not fit. Emailed to request an exchange. I have still not received a response. Their refund policy is very poor. You have to email them and receive a reply to get a return address before you can send the items back, and the return needs to be done within 30 days. So if they don’t reply to your email, you can’t send it back! So I’m stuck with products which don’t fit, and no way to return. Even if I did get a response, from reading the return policy I’d have to pay the return postage and also the postage for the exchange items, which will likely be nearly as much as the products cost in the first place! Avoid!

I ordered a set of 3 bras and followed the size guide. They were way to big. When requesting for a returns label I was advised I need to return the items to China which would incur high return costs. They advised to write the value of the parcel as £20.00 instead of £54.00 so its easy for them in custom clearance. I returned my goods on 23rd April and told by the courier I will need to wait until July. Ive chased for my refund and returns cost many times. Please remember within 90 days you can recall payment from your bank and once exceeds contact Citizens Advice Bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Courier will only refund £20.00. Im out of pocket by £64.35. Now they have said to contact the courier.

Absolutely useless. Unfinished, no support, itchy. Just a cheap fabric around two preformed cups. This is close to a scam, don't fall for it. Can be bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon anyway, but my advice is: don't!

I purchased a bra recently and it does not fit,I am still in the process of returning it.Customer service so far has been good.....watch this space!!

Bra was unfinished, just tacked, seams not sewn up. Wrong size - about 3 sizes too small, wrong colour. Reaction from Company was dreadful, any excuse not to refund. I gave up and deposited bra in bin.

I bought 3 bras, to find that the sizing was wildly incorrect, and I wanted to return them. But the package had no returns information in it. On their website appears this statement 'send an email to our customer service emailbox .... Our customer service staff will provide you with the return address'. But instead their staff member has three times asked me to accept a credit voucher and a £5 refund instead of returning the bras. Their latest missive tells me ' the return costs may be very high and there is a risk of the package being lost, so we advise you not to do so'.
This is disgraceful behaviour, and I have yet to resolve the situation.

My wife ordered a bra from this company and regrets doing so. As it was nothing like the description, she decided to return it for a full refund and refused the £4 plus a voucher for more of the same they first offered! Sending back (to China as no UK address was given) would cost about £9 and would she get the full refund? Probably not. If we had millions (ha!) we'd go after them. Yet another warning on top of all the others - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'!

I ordered from these people in May (they operate under the name Hatmeo, which they refused to share with me in my correspondence with them)
My first order failed to arrive and they said they would resend if I gave them a 5 star review firstly on here. I refused until they solved my issue. The second order never arrived and so I demanded a refund (similar problem with another company solved within 2 days) they said I had to wait until 21st August
After chasing and chasing I am finally getting my refund on 5 September. Do not touch this company with a barge pole

For the last few days emails have gone back and forth to this rubbish company as I am trying to arrange a return of 4 bras that are completely rubbish. At a cost of £67. They have offered me £7 refund and a £40 voucher code (for more rubbish ) I will not ever buy from this company again. Please don’t ever consider using them. Just like all the other reviews I have seen and only wish I had seen before parting with my money. They are complete cowboys !!!

Only gave it one star but doesn’t deserve that. Poor product, poor service, wouldn’t use them again

Read positive reviews about this bra. My order arrived in about ten days and I can’t imagine who it would fit! Certainly not me!! So cross with myself for not having read the reviews here first and I never would have purchased one. I have been researching for a return option but failed and now, having read the experiences of others, won’t waste my precious life. Can’t imagine why Amazon stock these - albeit at a lower price. Rubbish is rubbish whatever the cost!

Warning! Warning! Warning! Don't purchase anything from this liars. I purchased 2 bras worth £45, never received them. They asked me to write a good review for them so that they can send them. I did because I didn't want to loose my money. Should never have done it. Its been over 2 and half months,no emails ,no refund,no bras. Save your monies and trouble from this phoney company...

I bought 3 bras, they arrived in a white bag, each one packaged in a clear plastic bag. A tag on each bra with the size and material (76% Nylon, 24% Polyurethane) Very flimsy, absolutely NO support and to make matters worse I only received one in my size. The other two are about 4 times smaller???? What is that all about? Can't contact the company so I guess I am just out a lot of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

I must agree with all the negative reviews. No receipt. Only email for returns. I was unhappy with the material, no support at all, the size guide was done in weight, which I found rather odd. I am deciding whether it is worth returning it but after reading the below reviews I probably will be wasting more money..

My bras did arrive but they are not what it says they are non supportive and flimsy. I been in touch with them for a refund but they say they don't do returns labels. And the address on the package table is not a returns one they cost me just over £50 was nothing in package only bras which I bought 2 and they both come separate with £6.99 each delivery charge. Looks like I lost a lot of money.

I bought 3 bras from the Advertisement and I was disgusted with what I was sent. The bra's I received was made from really cheap material look nothing like the ones shown give you absolutely no support and to make things worse they came in a white bag and each bra were in a clear bag separately there was no receit and nothing on the bra saying that they are wmbra bra's I have tried to get hold of the company but no response. The actual wmbra can be bought from £6.99 on Amazon the ad is a scam I only put 1 star because I had to put something to write this review but they don't deserve any stars it's a rip off I'm fuming!!!
