This bra offers NO support.
The photographs suggest the material is firm and fully elasticated - it is not.
The band below the breasts is flimsy so your breasts fall out of the cups when walking. The cups are WAY too small for the sizes advertised.
Thankfully I only ordered one bra and it went straight into the bin after one wear.
AWFUL product - don’t buy it!

Wish there was an option for zero stars here! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they display as if UK based but are in China. Wish I'd read the reviews. Tried to return the bras - offered me £5 - then said only option is to return them to China at my own cost. On principle would do this just to get a refund from them, but don't trust them to say they've received them. Complete scam.

I agree with others-I would like to give zero stars. After responding to a "special offer" I paid out £70 for 4 bras (always read the reviews,i've learnt the hard way). What I recieved was 4 pieces of plastic shaped liked bras.Totally unwareable annd I can't get any response from the firm.

Bought this product with out reading the reviews (that's me told) Bra is so cheap in construction it does not deserve the title. a cheap flimsy piece of fabric that would not support a pair of peanuts. Was offered £3 when I eventually found an email address to complain. After reading these reviews I will not continue to pursue a refund.

Ordered first and read reviews afterwards, which was a mistake. I always try to avoid ordering clothes of any kind from China as the sizing is not good and most items are poor quality. This bra was no different. Very cheaply made, with no support at all. It does fit, but will only be used at home as a lounging, comfortable bra. If you wear wires all day you will know what I mean. It is well overpriced and has no posture correction attributes. How this company can have a dotuk domain and be based in China is beyond me. It is a dot ripoff!

If you have been conned into ordering some bras from this company you are not alone. The two bras sent to me did not fit the size advertised nor did they ”push up” and offered no support at all.
When I requested instructions of how to return them I only received a response to my third email request which was an offer of a £5 credit note. After sending two more email requests for return instruction I received a threatening response saying “If you need to return the item, the return costs may be very high and there is a risk of the package being lost, so we advise you not to do so”.
At this point I requested a refund of my payment from my bank which they did within days.
PLEASE BE SURE TO GET A REFUND FROM YOUR BANK/PAYPAL and do not let this company get away with this criminal behaviour.

Should never have purchased this. I doubt that I will ever buy anything online again. Always cheap rubbish from China. Supposedly developed by an engineer said one site. Another said a German woman designed these. Cheap, flimsy, what back support??? Just outright lies. Don't waste your money

Wish I could give zero stars. The product is woeful. Trying to return it. Customer service is non-existent. I've been ghosted. I did not read reviews prior to purchase. That is a lesson learned.

Thank you, all reviewers! Fortunately I read the reviews on here just before I clicked the button. I'm certainly not joining the growing list of unhappy purchasers. What a dishonest company.

No sign of the 2 bras but the money was taken out of my credit card on 30 Dec. Now 12 Jan. No tracking message. No receipt or proof of transaction.

Terrible service. Impossible to return items.
They do not respond to emails.
More fool me for not reading the reviews in advance.
I will follow the advice of Robin and get PayPal involved.

I feel very ashamed of myself that I was taken in by this company - I should've read the reviews! I have had exactly the same experience as most other people on this site. It's totally impossible to return the goods, despite their returns policy. My initial email had a response offering me a voucher, which I declined. I have since sent a further 10 emails with absolutely no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!

the bras I ordered arrived in the wrong size'
I have tried to contact the company via email - no success... they do not seem serious about customer Service..

If there was a zero, they probably deserve that, other than,after a lot of emails and complaints they did reimburse the cost of the 3 bras. I was then only out of pocket by £16 having had to pay for tracked return postage to China! The bras had absolutely no support, they were just material shaped as a bra, fairly pretty but totally useless. Had to send multiple emails and return according to their rules, sending photos then waiting for a return address. They said value the return parcel at £10, though it cost £54, which l ignored. By stating £50, there is some valid insurance from the post office, if it wasn't received. The whole thing was slightly humorous as their statements about pleasing their customers, couldn't be further from the truth, but l can see how lots of others may have lost all their money and become very upset by the experience. I was determined to persevere, dont give up!

Don't use this company , the bras are so shoddy they would not even support a pair of apples. They refused a refund and threatened me as they did another customer. I emailed Jeff Bezos ( owner of Amazon) asking why Amazon advertised such an unscrupulous company. No reply very unhappy and disillusioned with Amazon.

Bra is too big - AI bot is asking me to spend more money to get a smaller size. No returns policy so order from Amazon and avoid dealing directly with this company. After 6 emails offering me vouchers to send smaller size and paying more money or cut my losses and now they want me to accept 5 pounds to put up and shut up.
I regret ordering anything from this company. I would strongly suggest avoiding giving these people your money.

Bra is miles too big and I have contacted them four times asking how to return it for a refund, but they never reply. I'd love to know how some people managed to return items!

Products were not fit for purpose. I returned the products as instructed for a refund which I NEVER received despite proof of the package being received by the company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered 3 (my mistake!) for a total of $69. They did not fit AT ALL. When I tried to get a return/refund they offered $10! After numerous attempts, they offered a partial refund, less their shipping, plus I would have to pay additional postage to Shanghai, China. My bottom line would have been about $10 total - I threw them in the trash!
Do not be taken like I was!
