Unacceptable Experience - unroadworthy car
I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a car from this dealer. The vehicle I was sold turned out to be unroadworthy, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their quality checks and integrity.
After reporting the issue, the dealer failed to act promptly, repeatedly delaying any meaningful resolution and ultimately ignoring my attempts to communicate. This lack of accountability and customer care is deeply frustrating.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any vehicle sold must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. In this case, those standards were clearly not met, and my consumer rights have been breached.
I would strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with this business. I am now seeking a full refund and expect the dealer to take responsibility and resolve this matter appropriately.
