I bought a bicycle trailer from them via bol.com. No package still, and every day I hear “tomorrow”. I guess tomorrow never comes and so is my package. Customer service speaks nicely to you and they promise things but nothing actually happens.

Update:
After I almost lost all hope my package arrived to a pickup point. 5 minutes after I picked it up I got a call from Wohi.nl with a kind request to update my review and tell you all that it actually arrived. Not that anybody (except me) was holding their breath but now you know. They also wanted you to know that they had shipped it on time and it all was PostNL’s fault. I’m still quite unhappy though with how the situation was handled.

A trampoline bought through Bol.com and delivered in 2 boxes. Both marked 'box 2 of 2' apparently 'box 1 of 2' missing therefore useless product which cannot be assembled. Several days no response from either Bol or Wohi. Cannot return the goods because the generated return label talks only about one box. Again - no one replying and/or solving the issue for several days. Better to avoid, never have had such an experience with other e-shop.

I ordered a kookplaat from Wohi. It stopped working, after I returned the product got my money refunded. All worked.
