We put in an offer. Was told accepted. Provided solicitor and financial adviser's details. Told that wasn't good enough, had to get an agreement in principle. Then got an email couple hours later saying there'd been a better offer.
We replied above that offer and have been ghosted since. No email and won't return calls.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
I took their letting services and my experience in area of amount they charge, quality of documentation, attention on complaint to repairs and interaction for day to day services was very poor.
There were many instances where documentation was not prepared as per decision and guidelines.
I had to dedicate my precious hours (not minutes) to review agreement and reflecting mistakes. It happened several times not once.
I would suggest anyone to avoid them based on my year long experience with them.
