First time becoming a BMW owner and i must say the team at Northampton Wollaston BMW did not disappoint ( in particular Andre Johnson and Jason Bell ) I was kept up to date by Andre fortnightly via telephone and was happy to answer any questions i had via email aswell. Andre made sure i was happy and got what i wanted. Oliver.C helped with the handover and walked me through my cars functions, gave re assurance and was very knowledgeable and patient. Overall guys you have been great even down to the big red bow!! :-) Cannot recommend enough.

I have just taken delivery of a new car and was very lucky to have Ollie Chown provide me with a comprehensive handover
Ollie demonstrated the cars functions and with my input set up the car the way I wanted it
He was extremely patient and continually checked to see if I had understood his explanation of the functions
In summary he was extremely professional and a credit to Wollaston BMW

Had my vario panniers fitted with new barrels and recoded to the key today at Wollaston BMW, was so impressed with Mark from the service team in doing this at such short notice
Also found Mark very knowledgeable about other issues regarding my bike and was only too willing to contact the technicians to double check other queries I had about my bike
Far better service from the BMW dealership I purchased my bike from and wouldn’t hesitate from buying my next bike from yourselves

After experiencing a very poor service at the Peterborough Sycamores BMW. My wife contacted Wollaston BMW based in Northampton. Once the contact had been made and our vehicle requirements discussed. Wollaston followed this up with regular email and phone calls to see if they could assist in finding us the car we wanted. I visited Wollaston showroom Tuesday 2nd November and was greeted by friendly staff who directed me to a product specialist Andre Johnson who could not have been more helpful and friendly, he assisted in organising trade in offers on two of my existing vehicles. He spent time discussing the available spec available on the vehicle. I have now ordered my new car and would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants excellent service. Ask for Andre.

I bought a R9T Urban from this dealership and Brendan couldn’t have been better to deal with. I had subsequent questions about the CAM-BUS charging system and Mark Redwood was equally brilliant. The bike is such good fun to ride - I absolutely love it !

Excellent service and the team went very much above and beyond to help me. Due to drive into Europe the next day, I had a local garage fix an issue and it exposed the fact my locking wheel nut was missing.

After a call to the service team they had a chat with the workshop and very kindly arranged for me to bring in my car almost immediately for them to remove and replace the locking wheelnuts.

Fantastic they were able to help me at such short notice and they really did go above and beyond to help me out and it was a huge relief. I've used Wollaston many times before and my partner also purchased her car from there too, with service like this it reminds you why we choose to use them - thanks.

The last 2 experience within 3 months due to car repairs via insurance have been excellent, dealing with Mark (body shop manager) and nicola Knight they have both been extremely helpful and resourceful when dealing with insurance company, taking all the stress out of the situation and leaving me feeling confident that all was being done, and has been done to a top notch standard, so big thanks to these 2 and who ever has worked on my pride and joy, thank-you all again.

I recently made a purchase from BMW Wollaston, the team at BMW Wollaston were cooperative and helpful, everything was organised and the transaction was smooth, there was a small issue but BMW Wollaston were prompt to fully address the issue to satisfactory standard, I think it is this very difference of when buying from the Main dealer, its the quality of service you receive which you will remember and its exactly that which brings you back in the future! I have no personal gain for this review and these are my own thoughts and opinions.

I recently purchased a used 2015 R1200 GS from Garry M at Wollaston Motorrad and I have to say ‘they’ are ultimate professionals, knowledgeable and good down to earth people. No BS, No empty promises, just quality service!

The reason I say they in my opening statement is because each and everyone played a part in my buying decision.

No matter what your biking situation is, gender, age or experience level, these guys all give you the same courtesy, time and attention.

I have an issue with the front Spring on my bike and Jack in service got the issue resolved really quickly. We’re just waiting on the part to arrive to be fitted.

Shout out to Mark R in Parts and Accessories though, an absolute diamond. Nothing is ever a bother. He knows his product inside out and is always willing to help if you’re ever unsure about anything BMW.

For a main dealer experience you won’t get better than these guys.

Recently upgraded my BMW at Wollaston BMW. Dan Curtis totally made this happen for me. Unfortunately the car I had my eye on had been sold, but Dan went out of his way to match me with my new car, and he got it SO right. Dan is very professional, personable and helpful. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Unfortunately, this has been the second time I had my vehicles repaired after an accident at BMW Wollaston Northampton.
Both times I have received exceptional service from all the staff I interacted with from Mark the body shop manager, Simon and Ashley. But the member of staff who went over and above was Nicola (K), nothing was too much trouble, for her she is a Valuable asset to Wollaston.

First time distance buying a used bike. The salesman, Owen, was exceptionally helpful sending me a video showing areas I'd requested and a couple of other blemishes that TBH I hardly noticed when the bike arrived. He also sent a video when the bike was being loaded onto the van to bring it to me. The bike is exactly as described if not slightly better. The whole experience was easy and I felt valued as a customer. Definitely recommend Wollaston Motorrad, very trustworthy.

Just part exchanged our BMW X1 for a newer model found this a really fabulous experience. So much better here than at our old main dealer. So friendly,helpful,
knowledgeable interested in us not just selling a car. Will return again although we travelled two hours to this garage. Give these a go special thanks to Dan Curtis

Updated experience from last time;

When I thought Bodyshop couldn’t get better, they did. They had my M340i again due to a second crash and they genuinely made it look like new again - even went into detail with cleaning the interior and left detail stripes on my carpets etc. Absolute stunning job and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the work.

They also had my 128ti for a new rear diffuser and again, car came back looking new.

Literally can never fault these guys - best Bodyshop I’ve ever dealt with by miles.

I have been looked after brilliantly by Nicole Rowlands at your Northampton branch. Considering I have bought a non franchise car she has managed to arrange a service and wheel refurbishment to be completed within a few days. She has kept me up to date with all the details and will be there to personally hand over my new car on Wednesday. My overall experience has been a very good one, and I will be recommending her personally to any friends or family. Thanks again!

I am so disappointed.. bought a used BMW from Wollaston Northampton.. 18 months ago. only 50k miles on clock and Chaindrive error came up and car stopped on dual carriageway with family in the car. The chain has broken!! Googled it and found that this is a known issue and in America cars have been recalled. Chain is situated behind engine and gearbox so it’s a massive job and expensive. Very poor… our 5th BMW.. probably our last
