My BMW went in to the Body shop for an alloy wheel repair and the job was completed within the same day . All the staff were courteous and efficient - as always - and I can't recommend them highly enough. Special mention to Mark, Simon and Nicola for their help and assistance.

I gave my BMW for service and they have finished servicing at 16:00 pm. By the time I reached Wollaston BMW center to pick up the car,everyone left and it was closed. I was literally shattered to know that I can't get my car, I can't go home and can't come tomorrow for work.
I came out and looking for taxi as I need to go to Kettering.
Then I saw a kind man Mr Andre Johnson.
He is amazing, somehow he found my invoice with the help of his boss by re opening things and he came and Handed over my car.
Wonderful Man. I'm quite happy to do my Further works and definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

We recently contacted these guys to get some info on a BMW bike. We were lucky enough to contact David Molnar. He sent me a personalised walk round of the bike and replied quickly to every enquiry we had. As a girl going into a showroom to purchase a bike it can be a very intimidating place to be. But not here, I live in Manchester and traveled down 2.5 hrs to test ride it. Again David found time to sit with us and deal with absolutely everything. This guy made the purchase of my bike such an enjoyable experience, full of enthusiasm and knowledge. He is an absolute gem and BMW are very lucky they have him. I bought a previously owned BMW i3 from Wollaston and dealt with Ryan Reardon. Very painless process and the car was handed over in excellent condition, exactly as described. Fair trade-in value given on previous vehicle and my new V5 has come through already. Would not hesitate to go back there.

In the last three weeks I’ve had some awful customer service from BMW main dealers in particular Stratstone Derby and Sycamore Peterborough!
Issues of failing to return my vehicle enquiry within the 24 hours and not so great personal contact when I’ve visited the showrooms!
I’m in Newark and have travelled further a field to look for my next vehicle and made an enquiry some 72 miles from my home at Wollaston BMW. In comparison to my poor experiences I found the sales advisor Dan Curtis replied within the 24 hours and sent me a personal walk around the vehicle with good commentary and with a sign of personal character which encouraged me to drive down for a test drive. Upon arrival I found Dan was a real down to earth person who related to my needs and didn’t apply any unwanted pressure however sold me a totally different vehicle based on my driving needs and affordability.
I shook his hand on a deal and am satisfied he gave me a decent trade in price and settlement figure.
I was with my partner at the time and she too felt he related to my customer needs very well and looked after us while we went for a test drive and in the showroom.
I picked up my car at short notice and Dan did his best to do the handover and get the extra parts fitted in time! As expected his customer service was 2nd to non. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received and the price I paid. Out of the dealers I tried I would 100% recommend Wollaston.

From my initial enquiry right through to personally delivering the vehicle to my home address in person, he was extremely helpful and attentive. I recently decided to sell my Mini as I just don't use it enough / have acces to another car. I thought I'd get in touch with Wollaston to find out what they would offer me for my car. Darren got in touch with me came back within an hour with the answer of the offer for my car. I didn't think the value would be as much as they offered and so within 3 days I had sold my car. The process could not have been easier. Great customer service - no messing around and a really simple experience. Would definitely recommend - thank you again.

We have recently purchased our new X3 with Wollaston and received fabulous communication and service throughout the whole process. Adam dealt with the ordering of the new vehicle and was professional offering honest advice and kept us up to date with delivery dates etc. Ollie the tech expert was completely on point talking us through all of the technical aspects of the car which we would normally have no idea about!
