They are making a massive scam that…

They are making a massive scam that might worth millions per day, they charge the fee for the bottle even if your order doesn't contain any drink! So if you think about it how many orders per minute they have they are making so much extra from your money besides the price they rise up per product! Scammers.
Any Lawyer who wants to take the case??

Actually terrible.

Either they forget half your order, or your drink is completely spilled, or the delivery is delayed by up to 2 hours. Impossible to contact support, they just keep you waiting in a "queue" until you give up. In the rare occasion you get through to a human agent, they refuse to cancel or refund late orders, they offer a joke amount of credits as compensation (100 HUF of my 10,000 HUF order, really?).

I'll be taking my business elsewhere, Foodora for example, and I suggest you all to do the same as well.

Delayed deliveries, bad communication and service.

Dear users,
I made an order at 3:15pm it’s 5:25pm. Before you order the money is collected from your account which is okay . I contacted Wolt support concerning the issue they decided they can’t help even after the delay, I wanted them to cancel the order they didn’t .Wolt did this twice in a row late delivery 🚚. I asked it should be cancelled after the 2 hours delay. I am writing this to bring awareness to every new users of wolt Hungary. Don’t order anything without preparing to wait for long hours , it’s not a speedy delivery .

my order has been more than 1 and a half hours and still hasn't arrived. there is no one to deal with. the courier doesn't care anyway, wolt doesn't answer, no one should shop here, it's a disgrace in disgrace

Not worth it

UPDATED REVIEW 01.02.2024 OK, the situation improved. I assume the problem was caused by the new years holidays. But still sometimes they decrease the area of coverage for an unknown reason, so most of the places become unavailable. This is very frustrating.

OLD REVIEW: Did all their delivery drivers quit at once? Every order takes ~2 hours and more to deliver now. My food just sits there for 40, 50 minutes waiting for a driver to show up. Your plans are in a great risk if you use Wolt. Not to mention funny episodes when they decreased the coverage area multiple times, meaning that I couldn't have ordered from places that are farther apart than 1 kilometer or something like that. Which means I had like 5% of the options that I normally have. Anyway, I've been using them every day for 2 months now (in Budapest), and they continually get worse and worse and worse. I'll just learn to cook then, thank you.

Thieves and liars

Wolt steal your money, send out rotten meat and vegetables and then after refusing the offer of 'wolt credits' I'm told i cant have a refund at all.
Disgrceful company service that use emojis in messages. Joke of a company.
