so far I can only say that they have no idea what they're doing. They are not familiar with New York partnership law for the formation of an LLP. They told me that we needed to have something saying attorney in the firm name which is completely incorrect they then told me they needed to see a license and when I asked them what they meant they did not know I said do you mean a certificate of good standing and they said yes and then told me later that they don't need that after all, I was quoted a price that was also incorrect I am trying to get my money back since it looks like all I paid for was lost last time and incorrect information

Simple Process, Online Account Outdated
Whilst the online process was easy and quick, when I subsequently logged onto the Status Center to download my invoice, it kept taking me to a new tab, asking me to login again, and this repeated several times, so I wasn't able to download my invoice. Also, there was no timeline (even estimated) published on how long the process would take, so I have no idea when my company will be registered.
