Amazing service from CT Corporation!
Our registered agent resigned without any notice to us. We located CT Corporation and signed up with it. The service was amazing. We need expedited service, and they accommodated us. Within a few hours, we were set up and ready to go. I would highly recommend this company.

Oh my gosh the ease of the online process coupled with amazing customer service. I received an email right away from JR asking to assist in completing my task. I had jumped the gun and was already receiving assistance from Marie Heitzman who was amazing. Then to top it off Frank called to make sure all was working. Amazing customer service, thank you.

CT Corp - Good Service Gone
CT Corp, now Wolters Kluwer has been our registered agent for over 30 years. We've downsized, withdrawn from some states. Three month prior to our billing South Carolina billing 11/30/25, we notified them of our withdrawal. I've emailed proof, called them, written responses to their billing but they refuse to remove it. My last email to them, April 17, 2025, received a response just today August 7, 2025 and uninformed and threatening response! They are no longer the great company they were. I cannot recommend them because they do not communicate and they do not even try to resolve a simple issue.
