AVOID***** I purchased the wave iron, which looked great. Paid £30.00 for it and it came tried it and no curl or wave my sister also tried it no wave or curl. Cheap and doesn't work... emailed them they said a a valued customer which I am not as never even shopped their before rather than return as costs alot to post back they said they would give me 40%off which is roughly £12 off. Left with a pair i will never use and had to order proper ones next day.for some reason its left a star I would not even give it one star...

Ordered a set of these curling irons and it took 4 weeks to arrive. These were for my daughters birthday and as they did not arrive in time I had to buy some others. When the did arrive they were in a plain box with just bubble wrap around them!! They are rubbish don’t even get hot I could touch them with my hand and hold them they were that cool.
Emailed explaining I wanted a refund and as per their refund policy the item was unused and in its original packaging, I heard nothing for 5 days. They asked me why I was returning them and I explained. That was 10 days ago. I received a “partial” refund of £12 and when I emailed them to explain what this “partial” refund was they said that I had accepted this and was told I could keep the item!!!!
I sent them all copies of the emails asking where I had accepted this feeble refund and that I didn’t want the obvious counterfeit goods. I have heard nothing at all from them now so I will be raising a claim with PayPal as this is just unprofessional, and quite frankly unacceptable. Please DO NOT order these irons. They obviously post false reviews on their buying pages!

I ordered items in October and still haven’t received them. I have attempted to contact them multiple times but have not been successful. I can’t find a phone number for them anywhere. It’s disgusting and I would never recommend them

Just to let people know who fell for this scam placing an order for the so called Magic Irons. My order placed Oct 2018. I was lucky enough to receive these items ( NOT). I ordered 2 of these. Took over a month to come but they did come!!.
Absolutely awful counterfeit goods in battered boxes and not even called Magic Hair Irons. Anyways daughters tried them did nothing but snag hair and pull out.No sign of wavey curls as stated. I paid via PayPal originally so I lodged a dispute with them regarding miss selling. They stepped in asked me to send back to address in China which originally never appeared anywhere when buying. So 2as shocked. Estimated postage was wait for it.... £59.00 tracked!!!!!. Rang them explained they said Wow...so send just signed for at £18. Followed all their instructions and they managed to refund £15 Postage back maximum they can pay. Just had email that I have had a refund of full price paid for the Irons. Very pleased.
So anyone who paid via PayPal you deffo get money back it takes a bit of time but The Woman Stuff is very well known to them they were dealing with multiple claims against them. These are Counterfeit goods dangerous and you need to log complaints with Paypal credit cards who ever you paid thru.

Absolutely disgusting that a so call d company can rip people off I ordered the magic curling straightness November 2018 to get hopefully for my daughter for Christmas it still hasn’t arrived , iv tried numerous sites to contact them but received nothing back only confirmation email saying there on the way and another cheekily asking me to send a picture and review about them weeeks late .
Well I would if I had them in the first place they are advertising these on Facebook it’s a complete scam 😡😡😡

I wish I had read reviews before ordering! Ordered curling iron in October it was sent to store for collection but had store name, not my name so store could not let me have parcel and they returned it weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails but haven't had one reply! I also paid via PayPal so am now going to try to get refund via them. Wouldn't touch this site again!

Received order confirmation months ago but no product as yet. Send several emails. Did get one reply asking for more details which I sent but again, no response.

Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Like others I ordered the hair straighteners as they were on sale. I received a confirmation of order and a follow up email about delivery but have received nothing after ordering on the 22nd of October. I have emailed twice requesting an update of my order but have received no reply!! I would definitely stay away from this company and am going to take further action to get my money back!!

I received twist straightener iron. Bloody crap. Doesn't work. Tried to e mail to get a return note. No answers. Nothing. Nowhere to send it back too. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Never again. I wish I had checked their reviews before ordering. I have now submitted a claim via PayPal. Item ordered over two months - hair iron. Tracking number doesn’t exist, emails are not being responded to so I am hoping a refund will be given via PayPal. Would not recommend. Awful service.

Awful service . Ordered hair tong/iron . Never arrived . Emailed but no response. Luckily used paypal and had a refund as they also couldn't get through to WOMANSTUFF Very disappointed as the product looked like it would be good.

Same here, If I could I would give them zero star! I've ordered eyelash enhancer. Luckily I've checked the packaging before I use it. It says production date 12.15.2018. The order arrived in November so they are selling some dodgy batch. I've already sent 3 emails, asking for explanation about the dodgy batch and request my money back, no response. I am going to contact some institutions maybe someone starts paying attention to this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered my curling tongs in October, emailed to see where they are. Never had a response. Don't order from this company. Shocking customer service.

Would give no score if I could absolutely dreadful company, they do not respond to emails (I have sent 4) and 5 wks later despite taking the money my tongs still haven’t arrived. Disgusting rip off😡😡😡😡😡
