Womanstuff 

I ordered the curling tongs from Womanstuff as advertised on facebook back in October for my daughters birthday. Now it's November 27 and still not arrived. I cannot get in touch with the company so I believe this is some sort of scam and i would advise against ordering from this com
pany.

Like a lot of other customers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, its a scam.
Placed order for hair curlers via facebook advert in October, still not arrived.
No contact telephone number, no reply to e-mails, tracking number doesn't work.
I'm just about to try and claim my money back from Paypal.

Like hundreds of others I ordered my £29.99 magic hair irons from an Instagram advert and paid via PayPal
I received an email to say they would Be sent via fast track delivery
1 week later a tracking number was emailed to me which no matter how I tried it did not work for any delivery company it was fake.
One month later after I'd sent 5 emails with no response I filed a,case with PayPal who thankfully refunded my money as they too had no response from this fraudster company
No product ever arrived to this day so therefore it was a scam
I'm lucky I paid via PayPal
Take this service as a scam and do not order

Ordered hair irons from this company on 30 Oct still not arrived and not answering any e-mails so angry won’t shop online again ...total fraudsters 😡😡😡😡

Ordered hair irons and didn't receive until I disputed via PayPal then they arrived. The box was battered and I know longer want them but they do not reply to any e.mails so I guess I'm going to be stuck with them. Terrible, they don't even deserve 1 star

Like many others on here, I also ordered a pair of Magic Hair Irons back in Oct but haven't received them (now 24 Nov)
The tracking number doesn't work and they're not responding to my emails (no other contact details available)

Ordered Magic Curling Iron after seeing an advert on Facebook. These have still not arrived. As with many other customers the tracking number does not work and I have not had a reply to any of my many emails.
I will happily withdraw my review if the company actually sends the product but at the moment my advice is........DO NOT USE !!!!

Nothing!! No reply’s to emails. Tracking no not found. £30 down the drain. Gutted!!!!
Don’t waste your time or money.

Like the other reviewers I ordered the hair tongs in October, having seen them advertised on Facebook. Four weeks later I’m still waiting and they are not responding to emails through their website nor through PayPal. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and am now trying to get my money back through them. A pity I didn’t check out the reviews before ordering. Please do not order from this company. You will only be disappointed.

Having a nightmare with this company. Purchased hair curler beginning of October, still not received them. Tracked my item, tracking number not found!!!!!!! Tried contacting company, can only do this via email as no telephone number given. Have had no reply to my numerous emails, now going through PayPal to claim my money back.

Avoid! Over 2 weeks and no still sign of the curlers I've ordered. Contacted customer support (they only have email) and had no response- it's been over a week. Having to contact PayPal to get my money back.
