I had an appalling service in this…
I had an appalling service in this clinic. No follow up after exams, had to chase endlessly to have the results of my test and running after secretaries to have appointments for a procedure. No one pick up the phone or answers emails. Those people are dealing with your health ....I was better of going to the NHS...not great!!!!
I highly recommend wellness women’s center
I highly recommend wellness woman center. To me has been the best place in london to follow my second pregnancy. i’m very lucky to have met Doctor Raza.Very professional. the best i could ever ask for.
A good place overall
Overall, The Women’s Wellness Centre is a great facility. Their reception staff are kind and welcoming, the facility itself is clean and inviting. Bina, the Sonographer that I saw, and Junell, the nurse, were absolutely lovely people and great at their jobs. However, I found Dr. Yemi to be incredibly dismissive and pretty unhelpful and insensitive, which was a shame because I chose him because of good reviews. Perhaps he is better at treating pregnant women rather than those of us that are seeking answers as why we keep miscarrying.
I had a good experience at the Centre
I had a good experience at the Centre. Dr Yemi was very helpful and provided all possible treament options.
I found the Treatment received very effective.

Super rude sonography specialist Elena.
Excellent
I’ve used the WWC services for both my pregnancies. IStaff are friendly and knowledgeable and Miss Gubby Ayida is just excellent. I had amazing deliveries and I felt I was in safe hands all along. I highly recommend the Women Wellness Centre.
It was all simple easy and friendly
It was all simple easy and friendly. The results were sent on my phone and by e.mail.
good service only took about 5 minutes.
Excellent service and reassurance…
Excellent service and reassurance guaranteed. Quick results
Very friendly and supportive staff
Very friendly staff. I went to The Women’s Wellness centre after NHS would not see pregnant women in the first trimester due to Covid-19. I’m really glad that we did as we found out that we had a silent miscarriage at our third visit. We were immediately seen by a specialist and guided through the miscarriage. It was really good to know that if we felt that we needed to call someone that we had the support of a specialist all the way through.
Waited an hour for a blood test
I came for a scan and harmony test. The scan was booked for 850am and I presumed the blood test for the harmony would be straight after but after the scan I was told that the nurse to take my bloods wouldn’t arrive until 10am. A total waste of my time sitting here and waiting and I wasn’t told that there would be a wait between my scan and blood test. Then the nurse turned up late for the work so I blood test was further delayed. Very very unhappy with the service and I am paying £500 for this.

Excellent care
I was delighted to discover The Women’s Wellness Centre in 2019 and to find somewhere local to me of such high quality, with a fantastic team and impressive facilities. Under Miss Ayida’s first rate care, I have been introduced to excellent professionals across different fields and have appreciated all their wonderful advice and care. I’m currently six months pregnant and feel blessed to have The Women’s Wellness Centre looking after me on this special journey.
Receptionist was nice and Dr was great
Receptionist was nice and Dr was great. Facilities also good. Only complaint was I had to wait 20 mins or so because there was a mix up and the Dr was at the hospital when I arrived and didn’t know he had an appointment at the Centre.
Overpriced for such poor customer service.
I went for an early pregnancy scan here at 8 weeks. The whole experience was not great and certainly not worth the cost at £135. After the initial online booking, I received an email telling me to wait for a confirmation, however, the £135 was taken immediately from my account. I emailed to chase for it and received no reply. Two days later i rang and was told it was probably confirmed but they would let me know. I finally received a confirmation but no information about the appointment. I emailed again asking if i could bring my partner and what kind of scan it would be (internal/external, would i need to drink before etc). Again, no reply. In the end I had to call again. Was no one watching the online bookings or checking the emails?
I then went to the appointment, on time and waited (with a very full bladder) for half an hour having been told to go downstairs. Eventually the sonographer came out and found me and said she didn't realise i was there. Had the reception just not told her?!! It wasn't busy, I was literally the only patient there. As anyone who has had a scan when pregnant during their first trimester will understand, you already need to go to the toilet frequently and I was in serious pain with a full bladder by the time I got in there. The scan itself was quick, professional and did the job. However, I specifically picked the Women's Wellness Centre as, at that cost and in this location, I thought I would receive excellent reassuring service and should I receive bad new, hopefully I would be informed by someone with tact and time to talk to me. The customer service was poor from beginning to end. I went for another scan a couple of weeks later to a much cheaper place in Merton (£45) which I had initially decided against using as I was worried it would be a little shoddy. I was wrong, the cheaper place was friendly, professional and offered a significantly better experience. I should never have wasted the money at the Women's Wellness Centre
Friendly and professional
I visited the centre for a scan.
Even if my visit wasn't for anything serious medical staff and receptionist were very attentive; they made me feel at ease right away. It'd definitely visit the clinic again and recommend it to other women.
Wonderful Centre
Excellent facilities, friendly, discreet and polite staff. Very knowledgeable doctors. All in all, a wonderful experience.
Brilliant doctors
Brilliant doctors, the best in london....
I had a very good experience, I’d recommend to all of my girlfriends
Highly recommend Keith Duncan
I saw Keith Duncan at the Women's Wellness Centre throughout my pregnancy and was very impressed from my first visit through to the birth of our son last month. His straightforward attitude is both calming and reassuring during what can be quite a worrying time.
Highly recommend the WWC and Keith Duncan in particular.
