My personal experience with them was…
My personal experience with them was brilliant. Got an appointment quickly, was seen on time and my results came quickly. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because a few weeks later I received another patient’s results accidentally. I replied saying I received this in error. I didn’t get a response but I feel worse for the patient whose information has been compromised.

My 3rd pregnancy journey with Dr. Keith Duncan at Womans Wellness center and I couldnt be happier! He is absolutely The best! The service, the team are all so warm, friendly, and supportive. I feel like I am in safe hands. Truly 5 stars! :)

Always an enjoyable experience
I have attended the women’s wellness centre for my last two pregnancies and always felt in good hands and enjoyed the experience. My only criticism is the recent move to sending encrypted emails which you can only open with a password as this was not straightforward for me and as such very frustrating when we were trying to access harmony results for example. What’s wrong with a pdf?

Thank you for your feedback. We need to follow very strict privacy policy as part of GDPR regulation which was introduced last May (2018). This is to ensure end to end encryption between us and our patients. However if you provide us written consent to send you results or letters without encryption then our team will be able to send emails without Egress.

Highly recommend I have a very high risk pregnancy and I am extremely anxious, consultant Keith Duncan has been marvellous he is incredibly supportive, reassuring, easily contactable with any concerns I have had and most importantly really has a straightforward, kind and caring “bed side manor” He is highly knowledgeable and most professional.
The reception are very friendly and welcoming and surroundings pleasant.

Efficient, reassuring and filled me with great confidence. I thought that the fees charged were very reasonable (we do not have PMI). I wish I had made an appointment sooner.

Amazing friendly staff, highly recommend
I have been for a few scans at the Women’s Wellness centre. The staff are wonderful and I always feel in safe hands there. They are reassuring, kind I couldn’t recommend it enough.
After some sleepless nights due to pregnancy scares Bina is always so smiley and lovely. She very quickly would let me know everything was ok and my husband was also so impressed.

I’d highly recommend Women Wellness Centre. Very convenient location and pleasant premises. Friendly, helpful and extremely professional staff. Dr Raza is an absolute star - exceptional specialist, always gentle and caring as well as happy to reassure and answer all questions.
