Despite what customer service tells you, this is written in UK English. If you speak US English, there will be spelling errors. Customer Service assured me before purchase that it would be printed in US English, but that is not the case.

We are so sorry to have disappointed you with the UK spelling of cosy in The Christmas Snowflake and we apologize for our error.
Our company is based in London UK, and as such, you'll find many of our stories are written with UK English spellings, which might seem a bit unfamiliar if you're based in the USA. For the most part, the two language varieties are very similar, but there are a few differences including cosy vs. cozy.
Your satisfaction means a lot to us, so we've shared your feedback with our Product team for review.
In the meantime, one of our Customer Service Angels reached out previously to offer a resolution and we have reached out by email again yesterday to help further. We look forward to hearing back.

We just received our family’s Christmas book, “A Christmas Snowflake” from Wonderbly. To say that we are thrilled with it, is an understatement! The storyline is easy to follow, it is written in poem form. It shows several emotions and has some funny & sweet moments as it develops. My kids were hooked from the first page. The personalization makes this gift so special! This books look so professional and it has absolutely stunning illustrations.
