Gorgeous apartment within the hotel with double balcony. All modern new facilities. Variety of choice for restaurants and multiple pools to use. No shortage of sunbeds and dining areas. Clean and tidy throughout. Private airport transfer - new vehicle, polite and friendly staff. Harvey organised this fantastic holiday for us, catering to our needs with a baby and mindful of our price range. All correspondence efficient and clear. Stressfree holiday organising and professional service.

Our Winter holiday was absolutely amazing Joanne was a gem with helping us coordinate all our reservations! This is our second time using wonderluxe travel and definitely not our last!

Wonderluxe organised our honeymoon to Thailand and it was perfect. The hotels they booked were beyond amazing, and everything else they organised - from flights and transfers to tours and day trips - went very smoothly. Fast bookings and ultimately excellent hotel and flight choices make this my go to provider for business and holiday trips.

The property that Wonderlux booked us into in our holiday in Switzerland was amazing. The Wonderlux team were helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I went on a Northern Lights trip to Finland in January 2022. Wonderluxe made the whole booking process very easy. They kept me updated with Covid requirements, gave me a checklist and ensured I was comfortable with all the arrangements. The trip itself was fantastic and we saw the lights very night. Just about to book another holiday with them !

Words fail me at this time to express what Joanne did for me to get me home she was there for me in my hour no hours of need she pulled me though without her help i would have been lost. Rachael and Wonderluxe have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. No ask was too much for Rachael and she went over and above to make sure we (well mainly I) was over the moon with our trip. Our holiday to Jamaica was the best trip I have ever had, and it was in large part to Rachael and Wonderluxe Travel making it so easy.

The resort Rachael recommended was fabulous, you'd only have to think about something you'd want and you'd have it in a second. We didn't leave leave resort for a whole week, was my favourite holiday ever!

I will continue to use Wonderluxe Travel for my holidays going forward and would recommend the company and Rachael in particular over many other companies I have used previously.

Just got back from Lapland 22-24 December it was fantastic.
The whole process dealing with Wonderluxe was excellent.
With situation regarding travelling abroad at the moment as it is,Sheena and the team constantly kept us informed of the changing scenario’s and what we needed to do regarding testing,etc.
I will use Wonderluxe again and would 100% recommend them.

I am so glad that we utilised Wonderluxe Travel to book our holiday. Post pandemic, there are so many more restrictions, forms etc to take into account with planning; Sheena and her team were fabulous in providing us with relevant document links, information for booking PCR tests - but the level of customer care really was at another level! So many personal touches were in place, loads of attention to detail - I felt very comfortable knowing that Wonderluxe Travel was taking care of everything and I would highly recommend them - I'm already looking forward to the next holiday! This was a lovely destination. We were a little concerned initially with not going abroad for some time. I can't recommend Sheena and the girls highly enough. They were always on hand with all the complications of going away in covid times. Nothing was too much of an issue. I will certainly be using them again

From her recommendation s in terms of places to stay and resorts , help with new travel restrictions including paperwork and always been available for any questions . The entire experience was seamless and I will absolutely re book with Rachael again .

From beginning to end the service from Wonderluxe was brilliant. From help to finding the perfect holiday for me, to being on hand to help with my questions around travel during covid times and arranging transfers. I wanted to surprise my partner for his birthday with a trip away. I was able to get some last minute gig tickets for September in New Jersey New York and the fabulous team at Wonderluxe pulled out all the stops to book me a weekend away at very short notice and on a bank holiday weekend!
