I ordered something for my daughter in May 7th and it still has not arrived. I also have no contact from them and no tracking information. So now I'm wondering if I will get my order at all

Bought a carseat cover for the dog, hard sides, looked great but when it arrived one of the zips was broken, they said send a video of the problem, supposedly sent on to the relevant department... Heard nothing back, they don't reply to the numerous emails we've sent, a total con !

BEWARE: I've only just received my purchase but even before I can see if its any good a few words. I distrust anyone who hides the fact despite the that they appear to be in the UK they actually have a German address and the items are sent from China, misleading in my opinion. They have good reviews on their website but all others reviews are very poor. Since my purchase they changed name to PEPPERS-PARADISE - why?
One more thing, my credit card was used fraudulently several times just after my purchase, was it a coincidence, I'm not sure. If I had known all this I wouldn't have made a purchase.

I purchased a dog toy that is completely useless for my, or any, dog due to its flimsy construction and general bad quality.
Have sent now 3 emails of complaint to Wonderpaws requesting a return and full credit , but they have NEVER given me the courtesy of a reply.
Awful product and very bad Customer Service. Do not buy anything from this terrible company!!!!!
One star is too good for them!!!

This looks like a person working from home in Germany and getting cheap shoddy goods from China. The wonderpaws uk is a cover. Don't use them.

My hardback dog car seat cover arrived about 3 weeks late. I was supposed to undo the zip to put the boards in between the top and bottom of the seat cover. Unfortunately only one board would fit as I couldn't undo the zip because it had been stitched over! I contacted the company who said they would look into it but that was two weeks ago, but now my emails have been returned as undeliverable. I've spent £59 on something which is now no better than the one I bought a couple of years ago for less than half the price! I also sent an email to the address you forward our comments to and my email has also not been delivered.

Complete, lying rip off

Waited ten days for delivery - missed the birthday of my granddaughter who wanted toys for her new kittens. When they arrived one of the toys was crushed and unusable. The company said my first set of photos was not good enough and then refused to reimburse or replace the item because I had been more than fourteen days in my response - I was on holiday. Have informed them they are contravening EU law in not replacing faulty goods. "EU law stipulates that you must give the consumer a minimum 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised."

Just over 2 weeks for delivery, finally arrived with the play ball, website details said with 4 free balls which were missing.
Emailed twice with the same response each time, sorry for the confusion but no extra balls included even when the website still says it.
Going to contact trading standards.
Will never order from them again.

First of all, I bought a ball toy for my dog that uses batteries to light things and it has protrusions to make it bounce funny. Came after three weeks and first of all the wrong color, which is no biggie but second of all it was missing one of the protrusions and they are not connected to the ball, so your dog could easily choke on one. Also, the plastic for the ball is not soft but hard so if your dog bit into it, it would crack and your pet could cut their mouth or swallow a shard of plastic. Wrote to the company With no response. Like another reviewer, they make it sound like they’re coming from the US and then maybe Dutch but it’s really China deceptive. I think I will have to go to my bank to get my money back. Would happily return the toy if they would respond

Ordered a novelty shirt for a stag do. I wasn't expecting great quality given the price (it really was poor quality but will do).
The real disappointment was the misleading website / communication /long lead times.
Looks like they are based in Germany under the guise of a UK based company, but obviously (in this case) acted as a third party as item has been produced and shipped from China. Again, no issue with this but nearly 3 weeks for delivery despite emails suggesting it was on it's way from day 2 and it's delivery was imminent.
If you are after cheap 'tat' and not in a rush Wonderpaws might be for you. Personally I would look elsewhere first.

Bought a printed shirt 11th June £19.80. No confirmation, money has come out of my account, no shirt.
Have tried to contact company not hurd a thing!

Bought the Hard Bottom Car Seat Cover. The black colour of the base has leached out onto the cream leather on first use and has not responded to cleaning. Seat ruined and a new 'base' will be several hundred pounds. Who specs these products and tests them? Appalling.

I bought the indestructible Garfield toy for my dog, all I can say is that this is a highly dangerous toy for any dog. Within minutes the eyes had cracked and became sharp plastic bits, the toy was then unstuffed and my dog found bits of plastic from goodness knows where on the toy and was pulling them out. It was a good thing in I was supervising as the toy was binned all in the space of five minutes. The indestructible toy was awful, do not waste your money and I certainly will not be buying from this company again as my dog could have really been injured

Update - Finally got a response and a favourable one if only this had happened in the first instance my initial review would have been better, communication is key for customers. Tried to contact the company, no response to email, now trying again as would like to return product within 14 days of receipt, wish I had read reviews beforehand!

Poor experience. I bought a hard bottomed rear seat car protector for dog. Took weeks to arrive, item defective. Poor quality. Badly made. The stitching is wrong meaning the zip to insert the base compartments does not open. So pointless. There is also a hole in the back where the zip was inserted where the layers are not stitched so is weak. Overall very unhappy. No idea how this passed any QA process, I can only assume this was messed or there isn’t one. Have contacted Wonderpaws to arrange a replacement, but very very disappointing. Will update how they respond

Flase adverisment I brought two 3xxl sofa beds at 99 pounds each. I have only received one and not at all like the video. My one dog just about fits on it let alone 3 like portrayed in the video. I have sent them 3 emails with no response. I am disgusted in the quality and I am going to report them for flase advertising. My advice to people is read the reviews before buying wish I had.

Ordered a coat for my whippet sized bedlington. Went for XL suitable for springer spaniel. What arrived 18 days later wouldn't have fit a sausage dog. I asked for their address and instead they offered me a 25% refund and warned me that I had to pay the return and if it got lost in the post, there would be no refund. I turned them down and asked again for the returns address. This time they offered me a 50% refund, with the same warning. This time I gave in and accepted their offer. Do yourself a favour if you are thinking of buying anything from them, think again. I wish I had read the reviews first.
