Advertised as a gift box with card…
Advertised as a gift box with card recipes and a silicone baking sheet.
It took weeks to come.
All that arrived was the baking sheet (worth approx 5p) with nothing with it and I was sent an email with the recipes to print off.
False advertising I would say!!

False advertising- selling products that are not as they describe. Ordered an active dog roller ball and when it arrived it is actually a Robotic Mop Ball for sweeping floors. Not even appropriate for dogs due to the small pieces that break off easily

Faulty dog pillow
Terrible company. Ordered a dog pillow which came apart at the seams within hours of my dog using it to sleep on. Their so called customer service team advised nothing they could do about it. Very poor quality and would definitely not recommend this company. Would give 0 stars if I could. They also remove negative reviews from their website.

Ordered the 'activity ball' arrived and was working, my dog loved it! Two covers didn't fit but he was happy....for about 3 days! Then it stopped working! E-mailed customer support to ask for a refund or a new ball. No luck, if it had arrived broken they would, but not once it was used, they take bad reviews down. Buyer beware! Not worth it, waste of money!

Would give no stars if i could.
Ordered a dog toy, what I got was not a ball but a cleaning ball, no mention of dog toy at all on the box. Opened it, put a battery in...didn't work. Sent email to wonderpaws uk asking for refund. They take days to reply and then eventually stop replying. I was passed over to the 'tech team' for a flimsy plastic ball. Do not buy, scam!

I ordered the dog active ball as advertised on their website, to keep my puppy stimulated and give him some indoor playtime in bad weather.
They took ages to arrive, and when they did 😡
What arrived inside the box was accurate, but, the box says these are Microfiber Mop Balls! A robotic vacuum cleaner that rolls around the floor cleaning up!
I have emailed the company but have had no response, and so I’ve put a payment dispute to my bank.
Shocking they can get away with this, false marketing!
