We ordered items for £290.98 on 30th November. 2 weeks later, we reported them as missing. Tracking has not been updated since 13th Dec. Today is the 26th of January. Wonderorice are ignoring our emails.
No items, no refund, no communication. The company should not be allowed to operate.

I've ordered from grey import companies before in the past so I'm familiar with how their business model works. My past experiences with these sort of companies have been a bit of a mixed bag, but on the whole you usually get what you pay for. I took a chance on ordering a Sony Xperia 10 VII because it was almost £100 cheaper than ordering it from a domestic retailer. I wasn't in a rush so didn't mind the potentially long wait and I ordered using a credit card in case I needed to do a chargeback.

The order was placed on the 7th of January and after some initial issues with the payment, I received confirmation from Wonderprice via a support ticket the next day that the order had been processed. I asked them to re-email me the order confirmation which they did with no issue. So far so good.

The internal tracking information was updated every few days so I was able to check on the progress of the order. I received a notification around the 21st of January that Royal Mail were waiting to pick up the parcel. The parcel eventually arrived to my door on the 26th of January - it would have arrived a few days earlier but Royal Mail misdirected the parcel twice, so the additional few days delay was on them and not the fault of Wonderprice.

The item was brand new as described and came fully sealed. The text on the packaging was in Chinese so the item has clearly been shipped from Hong Kong or China, which I expected to be the case.

I haven't inspected the item fully yet but will come back to update this review if I encounter any issues. For now though, everything looks good.

Would I recommend Wonderprice? Overall based one this experience I would, but I would also add to proceed with caution. As long as you don't mind the wait and are prepared to do a chargeback with your bank in case things go wrong, go for it. If you'd rather the pay the extra to get it shipped next day from somewhere like Amazon with full UK warranty, get it from Amazon instead.

Not at all impressed. The product arrived safely BUT I have not been able to register for the warranty. The S.No is not recognised nor the other numbers on the boxed packaging. I could not access the Warranty page on the website, only a Returns field popped up. So what happens if my camera fails in its first year of use? Nor can I find a phone number to call.

Happy with item (apple watch) delivery took a few extra days but all good.

They are called Wonderprice, because if you purchase something from them you will Wonder if you are ever going to get the item you paid for. I ordered a new Samsung phone with airbuds on 27 November. When placing my order I was advised that the expected delivery time would be 3 to 5 days. Eventually on day 14 the airbuds arrived, but 57 days later I have still not received the phone. After numerous email exchanges, as there is no one you can speak to, asking when the phone would be delivered and after Wonderprice acknowledging their fault, on day 35 I raised a dispute with me credit card company purely for the price of the phone. Wonderprice then advised that they would issue me with a refund or a new phone only after I removed the dispute. I advised Wonderprice that they had 35 days to sort the issue out, before I raised my dispute, and that I would now only remove the dispute after I receive the phone I originally ordered and paid for. Now on day 57 I am still waiting to see how they will resolve the situation. So much for their ludicrous claims to be "dedicated to continually improving our services and providing the best possible customer experience". If there was an option to give less than 1 star then I would have. Buyer beware!

Sold a faulty product and refused to take responsibility. Kept redirecting me to the manufacturer instead of handling a return/refund. Very poor after-sales support. Would not recommend.

I purchased a pair of Nothing Headphone (1) from Wonderprice UK, but the product was faulty from the outset. The battery percentage is permanently stuck at 40% and does not change during use or charging.

I contacted both Wonderprice and Nothing support and carried out all requested troubleshooting steps multiple times. Nothing confirmed that the issue could not be resolved remotely and advised me to pursue my warranty rights with the reseller.

However, Wonderprice refused to take responsibility and repeatedly redirected me to the manufacturer or to third-party repair, claiming that because the device had been “activated” it should be repaired rather than returned. This is misleading and ignores the seller’s responsibility for supplying faulty goods.

Despite clear evidence of a defective product and extensive correspondence, Wonderprice would not agree to a straightforward return and refund, leaving me stuck in a loop between reseller and manufacturer.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others about purchasing from this seller, particularly if you expect proper after-sales support in the event of a faulty product.

Ordered an IPad from them in Nov for Christmas. Nothing but the sane 2 automatic replied from their customer service. This company is appalling and I would never deal with them again. How do I get my money back or even the iPad?

Ordered AirPods on 1 December. Didn't arrive before Christmas, accepted Wonderprice's offer of a refund on 19 December. Today, one month and two days later, STILL no refund, still £199 of my money held onto by Wonderprice. No response from customer service. DO NOT TRUST.

Ordered a brand new item but received a used one. It’s in good condition, however it is definitely not brand new. There is no number or email address to reach out to for help.

DO NOT ORDER from this company will tell u lies an impossible get in contact with. Best get bank to refund money as at this rate , full of lies keeping u waiting. As all the items r ship from China as so its not even a English company and trading standards needs to investigate this sly company

I’m sure this is the worst company please do not risk buying anything from here. Purchased something beginning December on a 3-5 day delivery. It never arrived. Kept chasing it but only way was to keep filling out forms online as there is no I customer service. They said item was out for delivery; proof of delivery wasn’t my address or even my signature. Told me could have been delivered to a neighbour so checked, the wanted a crn which I provided from local police, they say it’s a uk company but they only respond throughout the night so it’s not, still waiting no or my refund even though I have provided enough evidence to show it hasn’t been delivered to me. They’re asking me to check with neighbours again even though I did that at the beginning when they asked me to. Been asking for managers name and contact that won’t provide. They say manager contacting me two weeks ago - still haven’t heard anything, another department looking in to it and getting back to me - still haven’t heard. They’re clearly not a uk company even though their company name insinuates it is - payment comes out to a different company name? Over two months I paid for my item and still haven’t had my refund or a manager contact me. Clearly wouldn’t recommend this company- be careful

The company does not deliver products on time. They keep misleading the customer with different tracking number without the physical location of parcel. Even their help desk replies are automated. The company address given on invoice does not exist and the telephone number is also not reachable. On companies house UK the company status is dissolved, but the website still takes the orders. I have not received my order even after 10 days, its very frustrating and annoying. It's probably a big scam in UK.

had I read some of the reviews on here beforehand I would most probably not have placed the order. However, it turned out a much better experience than I expected as the ipad was received in perfect condition within 3 days of ordering and at a great price. From my own experience I would recommend this company. Many. Thanks

Like Joseph, I still have not received my order from and it's been 7 weeks. I'm out of pocket, my husband hasn't received his Christmas present and they are refusing to refund me.

From other negative reviews, it seems I'm one of a number of people who have not received items ordered in November/December 2025. I ordered some airtags on 30th November and still nothing. Whenever I contact them I get either an automated response, or an email saying sorry but we need to wait for 'the investigation' to conclude. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE.

Maybe it is a single shipping container that's got stuck somewhere. Quite possible. But they should still give everyone a refund!

I bought an iPad for my daughter for Christmas. Wonderprice had the lowest price I could find for one, and the transaction was smooth from start to finish so I wanted to leave this feedback. I would definitely shop at Wonderprice again.

I bought a Nintendo Switch from Wonderprice on the 28th November 2025 for £137.99 and as of the 18th January 2026 I still haven’t received the item or a refund which is what I have requested since Christmas Day has past.

The customer service page on the website is beyond a joke, no direct access to discuss the issue. I have made over a dozen attempts to get an update and all I receive is automated responses. It was made clear it was an issue with Wonderprice and says it will be delivered within 3-5 working days on every occasion I’ve reached out since Christmas.
I no longer need or want the item due to the fact Christmas Day didn’t wait for my 6 year old son and all I ask is Wonderprice do the honest thing and refund me and quickly.

Ordered a pair of headphones on the 4th January - said 3-5 working days and still not arrived. No emails to apologise or give me updates without me going and needing to check. No idea if my expensive item is actually going to arrive

Be aware of this company! I ordered a MacBook on the 25/11/2025 with delivery 3-5 day working days, after a couple of weeks and no delivery I emailed asking where my order was. They said the courier had it and gave me a tracking number, I then tracked my order and the website said it would be delivered that day. No delivery occurred so I tracked it again and the same response it would be delivered that day. Still no delivery so I phoned the courier company to be told that they had never received the parcel. So I cancelled the order with Wonderprice and to cut a long story short it is still in dispute to this day (16/01/2026)
