worst expirience ever

I had to contact them four months after placing the order to get information about the delivery of my booster box. They had clearly forgotten to send it and blamed it on a stock shortage — and this was for one of the most heavily printed expansions ever. I asked for a small form of compensation for this serious oversight, and not only did they not make amends in any way, but the courier they chose also failed to deliver the package. They just left a slip in the mailbox at a time when I was actually present — my office has a window facing the entrance gate, and I saw the courier leave the slip without even trying to enter the building to deliver the package. On top of that, I had to pay €5 for postal storage. This was the worst online pre-order experience I’ve ever had in all my years in this hobby. Do not buy from this site under any circumstances.

It’s clear that we failed to meet your expectations and our own standards in this case. The delay in dispatch, followed by the issues with the courier and the lack of proper follow-up from our side, are unacceptable, and we take full responsibility.

Regarding the stock issue: while we did face an unexpected supply chain problem at the time, this is no excuse for the lack of communication on our part. Your order should have been prioritized and better handled. We also regret not offering a more appropriate gesture of goodwill when you brought this to our attention that was a missed opportunity to make things right.

As for the delivery, we’re currently reviewing our courier partnerships to ensure more reliable service in the future. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be charged a storage fee on top of everything else, especially when you were present for the delivery attempt.

We know we’ve lost your trust in this instance, but please know that we’re taking your feedback seriously. We’re actively working to improve our pre-order handling and communication processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Great Experience

Packaging was great, none of my items got damaged. Everything had their original seals on. It is really hard to find sealed Pokémon products for fair prices these days but Woocards just delivers! 10/10 will shop again.
