What an amazing company Woo car finance…
What an amazing company Woo car finance really is. If I could give Nathan Harrison 10 stars, i would! Spoken to Nathan at Woo on Saturday explained my car just broke down and I needed asap for work commitments, even though I messaged him at 12pm and the office was closing at 1pm he bent over backwards to get me my dream car and where I wanted to be. Even with him been out of the office, still continued to support me and chase my application via whats app and made sure everything was going in the right direction. By Monday, I get the doucements to be signed off and hopefully receive my new car Tuesday! Couldn't ask for better support, easy, quick and efficient company to go with. Massive thank you to Nathan at Woo!

DO NOT COME HERE my mrs brought a car off them and within 5 minutes it had got issues had a thing stuck on witch they did sort but DID NOT BRING THE CAR BACK WHEN THEY SAID had the car back not even 24 hours and ENGINE LIGHT WAS BACK ON with a message saying service engine NOW we message IAN witch he did not reply for a day and got back to say saying they was coming for the car on Wednesday witch my mrs told them that we need a courtesy car as its are only one and we don't know when the car will be back after the last time but ian messed us about and didn’t message us again and then called us 2 days later saying that they only have 2 courtesy cars and cant help I THINK A MASSIVE COMPANY LIKE THIS WILL HAVE MORE THEN 2 cars DO NOT COME HERE IF U DO DONT DEAL WITH IAN HES NO HELP

After speaking with Ian, he did state, we are willing to loan you a courtesy car for the duration of the time needed for your vehicle to be repaired and checked.
As with all major dealerships, such as Ford, Vauxhall, etc, there are only a limited number of courtesy cars available, this also goes for WOO Carz. We are more than happy to provide you with a courtesy car once one becomes available, as promised by our General Manager.
If you would still like us to provide you with a courtesy car, please feel free to contact Ian, who you spoke with last week and he will make the necessary arrangements for you.

If I could give them more than five stars I would. In particular Wes. He handled my purchase and the whole experience and made me more than satisfied with how everything went; from sourcing a car and a price that suited me to making sure that I was more than happy even after signing for it. I would like to say thank you to Mathew for his help in helping to get my deal over the line. I am happy with your service, the car is in good and perfect condition and would recommend you to someone anytime.
However, the only downside is the finance contract contents and features. I am paying double the price of the car value, i know my credit rating isn’t that good.
