Nathan at Woo cars
I filled an online form on for Woo cars a while ago . Nathan from Woo cars contacted me and left me a few messages . Due to being poorly and busy at work it took me a few weeks to get back to Nathan regarding my application and enquiry .
Today started off a bad day,the gear box went on my old lease car .
I contacted Nathan at Woo car and he took the time to advise and help me find a new car . Even though he was due to leave work at 5pm and go on annual leave . I highly recommend Nathan and he would always be my first choice for fast efficient and friendly service

I would like to thank Matthew for helping me find my new car after the car I originally purchased from a dealership near where I live fell through due to them not wanting to settle the previous finance on my part exchange and I had to go back to woocarz.co.uk to see if he could still help upon he was i we can and the offer we have for you still stands and after deciding on my budget we found my 19 plate astra in which upon look amazing and within an hour of me saying yes i had signed for it and we was was talking about delivery of my new car and collocation of my part exchange we arrange for me to come down on the following Saturday to collect and do the hand over but on the Monday I got a phone call from matt saying he had fantastic news that my car is on it way to me and I was given a eta time and it arrived just before upon arrival there was a issue with my stereo/head unit but as soon we noticed this and spoke to matt the issue was sorted and the car was booked in at my local vauxhall dealership to be sort at no cost to me but I could not thank Ian and matt for sorting this issue and I would highly recommend woocarz.co.uk for your next car as they were they all the way from helping pick to taking delivery and though out my issue with the head unit and I honestly can say I will be giving them a call in 18 months when am due an upgrade but once again the whole process was a seemless experience and stress free and i look forward to dealing with yourself again in the future

By far the best consultant ever
Amazing experience, been dealing with Matthew since October last year but didnt push it that time. But this month me and my husband did and this was by far the best experience. Matt was really patient with us and he gives us options that are realistic. He's not your typical sales person who just sweet talk you no he is a real person that who genuinely wants to help.

I have had my car 🚘 since 7th December 2022 and I am loving my car and the fact I am mobile again after so long and it would not have been possible if it wasn’t down to Tom who helped me out massively. He took on board what my budget was and the type of car I was looking for and he made sure that I was comfortable and happy with everything. He kept me updated every step of the way until the car was delivered to my house. He was kind, very helpful and I was very satisfied with my purchase.
