Got through on the phone straight away, helpful advice on spares for my old Morso stove; and because I needed the parts quickly, the lady went and picked the items straight away so they would catch that night's DPD pickup. And this was around 3.30pm.
The package arrived the nextday.

I've order the Morso BEL Lamp from Woodburner Warehouse and first contacted them to check if it was in stock. I've received a very quick and friendly reply back (from Charlotte) and from them on I could not fault any part of their customer service - it was exceptional, 10/10! I've order the Morso product and received it very quickly. Charlotte was also great at recommended the correct oil for it.

I phoned this company and the lady helped me to select two stoves. We paid over the phone and she thought delivery would be either Wednesday or Thursday of the next week. Both stoves came on the Wednesday and were packaged well. We had to check the stoves within 24hours of delivery, which we did. All excellent, efficient and friendly.
Charlotte was amazing! Thanks to her fast thinking and efforts was I very fortunate to get what I needed. She also dealt with extra time consuming issues given how busy all staff are with the currant situation. The delivery was also fast again highly efficient delivery going the exyra mile.
To be fair, I was able to contact the company via an online chat function and my order query was resolved, with a followed-up notification of dispatch and delivery (nine working days post order). I suspect the business is really busy given the energy crisis - hence the delay and difficulty in getting through to the company. All's well that ends well. Oh - and the most competitive price available!
Excellent service. Called about a product 2 days before Christmas, said they couldn't guarentee delivery before but would try. Turned up the morning after. Excellent!
This company sold me a defective product and refused a refund because i had opened the packaging. How eles am i ment to know it is defective?????????
