I had been trying to get parts for my Franco Belge gas fire it’s 20 yrs old l have phoned endless places no luck gas places gave me a number it was Harwoth Heating felt like l had won the lottery so helpful pleasant explain the product l need Abbie sorted my order lovely cheerful Girl so positive had to wait for order not in stock Abbie phoned me later my part is discontinued but sorted another next day order arrived service the staff delivery product could not fault it at all l will and already have given there number out hope they go for many more years

Your vision and values have been demonstrated at my home, I should have joined Harwood Heating 20 years ago and cancelled the dreadful service I received from British Gas.

We thank our lucky stars that we found Harwood Heating many years ago.
They are true professionals who genuinely care about their customers, looking after our boiler servicing and radiators on a contract basis.
If we have an emergency, they arrive swiftly, ordering parts and returning as fast as possible to complete the work, as they did this very week, when the boiler developed a leak.
We know we are not alone in being greeted on the phone with real pleasure, as though we are their only clients.

Communication from the office to the engineers was excellent(something that lacks from my experience with lots of other businesses)The lads that carried out our boiler replacement were polite and professional and also very tidy,cleaning up when works completed

From day 1 and the installation of our first boiler we have been absolutely impressed by their professionalism, reliability and product knowledge. Thanks to their skilled service regimes our first boiler performed perfectly for 15 years before being retired. The old boiler was removed by Scott and Tom, replaced, tested and the workplace was left scrupulously clean. All the old redundant parts were cleared away promptly

Scott, the fitters and the backroom office team are a font of knowledge and always give sound advice, we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Harwood heating fit us in to sink some pipes into the wall and supply a new radiator.
