Horrendous customer service
I purchased a stove from Woodburner World and had it fitted 2 months later. The stove was great but the accompanying pack with the register plate I purchased was missing a small part which I was not aware of until the fire was fitted. I emailed customer service asking if they could send me the part and I was emailed back by Amelea Walls who informed me that they would replace the missing part if I would pay for it (although shipping would be free). The response I received was not what I had hoped for, but more than it was quite possible the least helpful and laziest customer service I have ever experienced which did nothing apart from make me apoplectic.
Would be Woodburner World buyers beware, if you do decide to purchase a stove from these guys and you do have to contact customer services, expect an unhelpful and lacklustre response!
