I have 2 accounts (personal and business) at the Hazle Township, Pa Woodforest National Bank. Highly satisfied! the staff takes time and is courtesy and respectful to all my banking needs. They have the best banking staff I have interacted with in quite some time. The entire staff and managers make it feel like a local bank of days gone by. They know you by name and truly care about your business needs and are always helpful and offer solutions and resources. Beyond 5-star rating for the Hazle Township, Pa Branch! I would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I have banking with Woodforest Banking for quite some years, and we have always had a great relationship with the staff at our location in Cedar Park,TX of 183hwy
and Walton Way.

Today was no exception. Jocileen (hope I got her name right) and Penny went out of thier way to address a serious issue with fraud. All I went in there for was to replace my debit card with a new one.

Both Jocileen and Penny patiently listened to my drama as I related to them my incident with unscrupulous individuals and organizations that are taking advantage of people through the internet.

Jocileen and Penny not only replaced my card but also did what they could to remedy the situation. They put thier "sweat and tears" to address my predicament.

This is not the exception,...they always have a smile on thier faces and the desire to help us out!..

They are the forefront of your business and they are spectacular indeed!!...

...Excellent bank , a superior online banking system, a very secure and conservative financial institution that is not publicly traded, transactions that move very fast, a national bank based in Texas...I am very happy! ....Service is very good because Woodforest National Bank really cares about their customers accounts.
..I have been using Woodforest National bank for about a total of 11 years, 2 years at the FT Wayne,Indiana branches, when I lived in the Ft Wayne area, and 9 years in Huntington,Indiana where I currently live.
... Again, that being said , the only real complaint I have is that "Woodforest national bank" has a challenge sometimes to find good employees outside of Texas, However, in this downward economy and lack of job security, it should not be that difficult anymore. ....When I used the "Coldwater rd" branch in Fort Wayne,Indiana , I will honestly say that the manager and employees at that branch were very "hostile" towards customers and lacked "intelligence", but I contacted customer service at the main office in Texas and they quickly solved the issue.
....Woodforest National Bank just needs to supervise some of their branches and employees outside of Texas.
... I am very happy to use Woodforest National bank...it is a excellent bank!

I have been with this bank for a good while now, and I have not had no major problems with my account. But when it comes to moving money around, well only within my accounts, and as long as they have been in business you would think they would have the tools to do so. they are using some sort of PP something, so why not use other tools out there.

Lafayette Road branch is magnificent nothing but good people good attitude very professional I could ask for a better Branch to come to for assistance help and business advice JOB well done to the staff Everyone of them from Veejay,Jeff and tammy. Awesome Personal appreciated 👏 💐 ❤️

Today I opened a new Bank Account at the 4545 Lafayette Road , Indianapolis Indiana location, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was nice to be treated like Family.

I plan on staying a customer for a long time.

Customer service is always friendly, professional and efficient. I have been banking there 5+yrs now. The only complaint I have when you call no one ever answers the phone. But hopefully that changes.

We have been with Woodforest for almost 3 years now. Their employees are always respectful, courteous, helpful, and genuinely interested in their customers. We have used two different branches and either one we go to, one of the employees remember us. I would recommend Woodforest to anyone looking for a no nonsense bank.

Kevin Coronado, a bank teller at the Sugar Land, Texas location, gave excellent customer service! I had a few issues with my bank accounts and Kevin was extremely patient, kind and supportive. He is an asset to Woodforest Bank.

I was Struggling with get into my account.
I tried online and I called the toll free number, but I was directed to go inside a bank location.
I was greeted at the Bammel location by a Young Lady, named Ms Tongie G., she helped me get everything back up and going. She had a Very Great Personality, She definitely looked and carried herself well in her Position as the Banker. I am so happy she helped me. She made getting off of a long day of work, and trying to handle some business so easy for me!!!!!

I called and spoke to a rep at your East Stroudsburg PA location to inquire about having the $32 overdraft refunded to my account. I had to overdraw my account the day before my direct deposit to get my truck repaired and I was giving the run around by the manager there. She instructed me to take an online financial course and call back with the number to get the refund which is absolutely ridiculous. My account has not been overdrawn in months and what bank runs you around like that. Absolutely ridiculous. And I called the branch where I opened my account and was told no one could help me there and for me to call another branch. Very unprofessional!!! I'm extremely disappointed with your bank!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
