Great dining table and chairs
Having seen first this table at the Tatton Show, we couldn't resist it when we saw it again in Harrogate at the NSBRC exhibition. We were then going away for a month. But the team contacted us immediately on return and delivered it exactly on time. The guys were lovely, built the table and couldn't stop apologising about an indoor plant they had knocked over (clearly it was in the wrong place as my husband had done the same thing the day before!). Table and chairs exactly as we had seen at the shows and we are very pleased! Thoroughly recommend.

I paid them a lot of money for garden sets and they have totally missed the promised delivery. Never answer their phone. Never reply to emails - I am now fearful that they have taken my money and stopped trading - does anybody have any information on this at all

Over promised and under delivered. Chairs were promised within 4 weeks with complimentary staining of the legs. Took 9 weeks overall when I agreed to take the chairs without stain after 2 different stories about the reasons for the delay

We are sorry you feel our customer service is poor. We pride ourselves in our customer service. This was a display table and was stored for you free of charge for 6 months. Then when delivered to you last week it had been stored with the wrong display legs. We emailed you with the resolution and we now have brand new legs and are waiting to exchange them for you.
