What was really good was that they kept our table for 2 years for us, as we were doing a new build and we had time problems. For which we are very grateful.
What was disconcerting, was that when it came to the time of requesting delivery we got no answer from either website for a few weeks. The telephone numbers were never answered either, which leads people to comment on the fact that they think this is a bogus company. I had to do a lot of tracking down, and suddenly I had an email, the delivery was made on the day scheduled and all was well.
The table is really lovely.
I did comment to them that they could do with a junior answering the emails and calls so that people are not left thinking their purchases have disappeared into thin air.
When I received their mobile I was responded to pretty much immediately by Vas. And from then on the customer service was excellent.

From initial discussion and purchase at Ideal Exhibition to delivery could not praise Vaz and his team highly enough.Delivered when they said they would and unpacked by two helpful guys.
Really pleased with the quality of the settee andbenches..replaced old rattan and there is no comparison with looks or feel …bonus that material used is waterproof so no need to keep taking cushions in to avoid rain…great idea that you can use the table in two ositions…a low height large coffee table or a higher dining table .Would definitely recommend the quality and service …if Ocould tate them higher I would ……now all we need is some sunshine to enjoy

Awesome product

The item arrived a little later than we werwe initially informed, the only down side was a lack of communication regarding this. It is a great piece of garden furniture and has stood up well to the showers so far

Loving our Oasis fire pit table & chairs, quality is good and service also good. Waited a long time for delivery but worth the wait. Would have appreciated some more updates.

Poor comms all round. Received two faulty chairs and 2.5 weeks later no confirmation on when replacements will even been sent. You send emails but they get ignored and then you resort to messaging the owner. Similar reviews suggests it can be the norm. Shame really as nice when you meet them at the various shows etc. just don’t be in a rush for needing the furniture

Products we have bought from you warrant a five star review however you let yourself down with with poor feedback when delays occur and failure to return phone calls.

Paid for assembly but when I arrrived at the house later that day (my decorator had told the delivery guy where to put the furniture on my decking area) the furniture had been left in boxes on the deck and hadn't been assembled. I called Vass who told me if I had been there I could of told the delivery guy I said not the point my invoice would clearly have stated assembly he said because I got it discounted at a show the assembly price would of been kncoked off but I said I can see quite clearly from my invoice it is included he checked back and could obviously see that was the case all he could offer me was that when they are next in the area maybe 2 weeks time they will come by and assembly it for me so I cant even say what it looks like assembled and whether I am happy with it!! I just hope they keep to their word and come to assemble it for me. He said its easy to assemble yourself I said the reason I paid £99 for assembly is because at 65 & 70 and not in the best of health and with arthritis we don't want to have to do that ourselves. Hopefully I can come back on here and give a better review once its up and we're able to use it so let's just hope the nice weather lasts so we can get some use out of it. Would also say they aren't very good at returning calls. Better customer service for after sales could be improved upon.

We ordered and paid for two chairs when we visited their stall at the Ideal Homes Exhibition earlier this year. Despite chasing by email and telephone message, we have heard nothing at all. I am concerned that this is a scam business given the facts available to us at present.

Good quality furniture at a good price. Really nice, friendly and helpful sales and delivery staff.

The furniture is amazing. Great quality. Guys who delivered it were very helpful and put the table together in no time.
Would have given 5stars but there communication is dreadful. Emails, text messages, phone calls all go unanswered. Only communication is email for delivery.
So if you are wondering anything about your orders, keep your fingers crossed, because you will get no answers.

Great customer service, delivered and assembled efficiently and a fantastic product. Looks great in our garden and very pleased with it.

We ordered a table and chairs from their stand at the Ideal Home Show Exhibition on 14/01/23 - there was a delay with the items arriving and the table did not arrive until April, they didn’t have the colour chairs we ordered so they fobbed us off with some off key display chairs, promising the ones we wanted were just a few weeks away from arriving. Every few months of emailing since them they have said the chairs will be with them next week, but it’s been over a year and a half…and still nothing. Currently taking legal action against them to recover the money as they have not fulfilled in their end, communication has been so bad and phone conversations bordering on ridiculous…! So frustrating and disappointing dealing with a company like this - why can’t you just be honest??

Great price quoted for my 2.4m extendable wooden table. The waiting period seemed reasonable.
Would be 5 stars but delivery was delayed and only the driver sent to deliver a 100kg table.

We ordered dinning table and chairs. Updated information was provided. Delivery people had to assemble table in the room and very patient. Different types of chairs were brought for us to decide again very patient allowed us time to decide. Very happy with the quality and service. Overall very professional 👌
