This was ordered at a show at the NEC. The gentleman we dealt with was great and did us a very good deal. However, unfortunately I had to do the chasing to arrange delivery and one chair was damaged on delivery and another was a different shade. Again I have had to chase the company to arrange for for replacement chairs. The delivery men were great and very professional.

Product great but communication almost non existent. Still waiting for cover that didn’t arrive with outdoor sofa on 18 April.

One of the 6 chairs has legs of unequal length. I noted this on the delivery note. Was told a replacement would be delivered. Since then, nothing. They don’t answer the phone. No response to my messages. Do they even exist?

Delivery was prompt and at time it was notified to be.

Customer service -REALLY ????

Firstly, we are happy with the products that have been delivered. However, we have had to chase for sample colours for chairs (which never materialised), chase to get chairs changed when wrong colours were delivered, and we are still chasing. We were fobbed off with false promises many times and we are now being completely ignored. This has gone on since last May.The company probably perform OK when nothing goes wrong, but when they have any problems they have NO idea of customer service. It has certainly made us wary of ordering through an exhibition.

I ordered my Parasol in November at a show in the NEC. Vas was very personable and knowledgeable and I agreed to buy. The initial delivery date given was December. This came and went, and I was not unhappy to wait until Spring in any event. I did chase a few times and this was not always answered, but recently communication was stepped up and a delivery arranged. This had to be rearranged twice but third time lucky the Parasol was delivered and erected/demonstrated. All now good and hopefully it will prove to be as good quality as it appears.

Members of the staff at the exhibition were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The items on display were of good quality and reasonably priced. When we receive the items we expect them to be of the same high quality as on display at the exhibition.

The table I received was better than I expected. The 2 men that delivered the table were very professional, friendly and installed the table really well

Made an order at the Ideal Home Show last November, due delivery in January. Nothing heard and after chasing, they have responded once by email and once on instagram. Both times gave a delivery date but then never contacted again. No communication, have requested a refund but nothing heard. I advise anyone to NOT order from this company as they fail to deliver and fail to communicate, although happy to take your money. My next step is to report them to the trading standards…

Bought at the Ideal Home Show. Decided afterwards to add 2 more chairs, which after a quick message was put through with no trouble. Delivery date and time slot agreed and they turned up exactly when they said they would. 2 guys then put everything together and couldn’t be happier with how they were and how it looks. Totally recommend Woodstock.

Communication terrible but furniture excellent at reasonable prices
