First batch of panels were great and no issues. Second I was waiting for delivery forever. I have received panels with really low quality. I just installed the product and it’s peeling of. I have to call customer service

Product looks fantastic and is so easy to use and configure and reconfigure the accessories at will. LOVE IT!

It feels like someone forgot my order. When I followed up, they finally shipped. I also did not get a portion of the order and I sent an email but no one ever responded to it.

I did finally get everything I ordered and I am very happy with the products. They did forget something in my order but it was shipped and received and I like everything - just wish it wasn't this delayed experience.

Shipping was fast, and everything arrived fine. We did have one issue with shipping: all our items had arrived except one. Customer service was great and provided the tracking number for that item right away. It came in a timely manner as well. It was something with FedEx and not WoodUpp. All of our products were great! The akupanels and accessories were all so easy to install. Excited to keep adding to what we have.

The product itself was beautiful and Customer Service was responsive and doing everything they could to get me the materials in a timely fashion while in the middle of a construction project.

Do your research before choosing this option. Overall, it feels quite expensive for what you receive.

First, no screws were included in the purchase, and we were later charged an additional $60!!! just for the screws. There were also no substantial instructions, no shims to help with alignment, and the wood is not well-sanded (or at least not to a smooth finish you might expect at this price point).

The online calculator doesn’t clearly explain what to do if your ceiling is taller than the piece, so we now need to purchase additional panels to reach full height.

There is also very little guidance on how to cut the boards around outlets or plugs—just a brief TikTok reel. It would be a more thoughtful experience if they provided clearer instructions or even offered recommended matching plug/trim components (for example, black outlet covers that align with the design).

Overall, the product itself looks nice and the final result is visually appealing; but it still feels overpriced for what’s included. With a few improvements to the customer experience (better instructions, included hardware, clearer planning tools), I would feel much more confident in the value. As it stands, it leans heavily on strong Instagram marketing rather than a fully supported installation experience.

Love love love the quality of WoodUpp products! My most recent puchase were there shelves and they look great! I love the fact that I can switch them around whenever I want to.

I used the measuring calculator on the website, entered in my measurements and ordered. When arrived I quickly realized I had less than 50% of the material than I actually needed. Now need to spend over a $1000 dollars to either purchase additional material or spend hundreds in shipping to return.

Great customer service, great product, easy installation, we will be using their products as soon as we get more locations.

The wall panels were much better quality than similar ones we had looked at from other companies. We really liked how the color blended with our current woodwork. It did take a while to ship, but customer service was very helpful with responding quickly and getting us an estimated delivery date.

We ordered 2 large akupanels and 2 small ones in smoked larch on Black Friday for an accent wall in our laundry room. We are obsessed with them and have gotten so many compliments. Pretty straight forward to put up. We had to cut around some outlets and switches which ultimately required us to outline them in black ductape since we weren’t as precise as we would’ve like to have been, but you can’t tell at all and we’re very happy with how it turned out!

I bought a 94“ x 23“ panel. My contractor got here to do the job and open the box and the panels are only 11 inches wide. Trying to reach out to the company, but it seems so hard to get anybody to contact you back. Now I have a guy there to do work and I can’t even get a hold of these people.
