I've been buying tools from WWWorkshop for well over a decade. They are in my opinion one of the few honest suppleirs around, they are more interested in you getting the right tool for the job than making a quick sale and always prepared to have a discussion about your needs. Not always the cheapest but the quality of service far outways that everytime in my opinion. I have and will continue to try and support Peter and his team whenever I can.

I’ve been buying from WWW for a few years now , they have an excellent range of high quality tools , it helps greatly that Peter and his team are all woodworkers and are very knowledgeable.

I’ve made a number of purchases off WWW (not the wrestling org 😉) this year from their milescraft range and router accessories etc

Their service, attention to detail (P&P etc) has been outstanding. I got one order wrong , and after notifying WWW within 1 hour they had written back to me , remedied my error and I got what I needed - you don’t get this service many places these days .

They really know their craft , years of experience and you trust the business very quickly . The quality and pricing is excellent and they are my go to website whilst I’m building my tool collection.

Every time I buy something here it's just what I needed and at the right prices. Consistent delivery and communication would make me choose here over somewhere else even if it was a bit more expensive. It really counts when a company gets everything right.

Orderd some glubot and accessories with 1.5 metres of 63mm dust extrating pipe.

All arrived well packaged and the 63mm pipe was 1.55m laid out on the work bench, not the normaly ‘just’ 1.5m with two strong men pulling it.

I have bought a number of items from Woodworkers Workshop over the past two or three years and the service has been impeccable. Their stock is high quality and their after sales service is spot-on. They clearly love their work and take pride in great customer experience.

Excellent technical support, particularly from Andy, who was very helpful in advising the suitability of a digital readout for my planer-thicknesser. The despatch and delivery time were also super quick. However, I’ve marked them down a little because nearly every price on their website, whether it be for a £10 or for a £2,000 item, ends in 95p, which is one of my pet hates. Having said that, I suppose 95p I is better than the usual 99p.

I recently purchased two try squares from Woodworkersworkshop, and although I encountered a minor issue, the resolution was exceptional. A replacement was dispatched the very next day, demonstrating their swift and no-nonsense approach to customer service.

Unfortunately, the squares didn’t suit my needs, which was entirely my fault, but the returns process was seamless. I was provided with a free return label, making the experience hassle-free.

The customer service team is efficient, responsive, and professional. This shop operates with the kind of care and quality rarely seen these days—offering high-quality products at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Clearly stated that I did not want marketing. I received two marketing emails in the next two days which is illegal.
Will not be using them again

I’m a fairly new customer at Woodworkers Workshop, having made my first purchase in April. Recently, one of the items I bought experienced an issue. I was fairly certain that my usage hadn’t caused the fault, so I E-Mailed customer support to discuss it. To my surprise and delight, they offered to replace the item—no questions asked, despite the fact that it had been over six months since my purchase. They trusted my account of the issue without any hesitation, which says a lot about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

This experience has left me highly impressed with their dedication to quality and service. Woodworkers Workshop is now my go-to source for high-quality woodworking tools, and I’ll continue recommending them to anyone in need of reliable tools and first-class customer care.

Finally, I own Woodpecker Tools! Great service and price from WWW! Easy ordering process, and super fast delivery. Will shop there again, as they have an extensive and fairly priced selection of Woodpecker Tools.

Excellent products at a competitive price, received in very good time, carefully wrapped and with invoice enclosed. What more could one want ?

Gave 4 stars as woodworkers use DHL, UK's worst courier. Would give 6 stars to them individually as Woodworkers are a fantastic company.

Sent me some tools I needed fast, I had to get them delivered to a drop off shop as I was working, but DHL sent me a pick up email with no code and the shopkeeper wouldn't give me the tools without the code, phoned DHL 3 times and went online and requested a new code over 20 times but to say you're going doing a rabbit hole when dealing with them is an understatement....so still no tools 24 hours later.

But this is where Woodworkers came to the rescue, dropped them an email last night and first thing this morning they phoned me to sort it out...they are sending out a new order this morning with a new courier and putting a note on my account to not used DHL again.

First class service to remedy a problem not really of their making

When i've tried to source specific items not available from the usual UK sources, these folks had it. Easy ordering process and clear comms. Go-to place for high quality tools.

It pains me to say but the service here has been absolutely awful.
Order placed on 20/12 pre Brexit
Some items not in but promised they would be in within a week.
11/1 refunded because VAT had been charged but refunded without the shipping charge
Chased and got shopping recharged
Asked if the product was in stock - told yes so placed new order
The item wasn’t in stock so went on pre-order
Arrived in Spain, couldn’t pay charges on their couriers website
Sent mail to Woodworkers workshop - received a response a week later
Paid the charges
No delivery - sent email on 03 Feb asking them to chase up
Received a response a week later after I chased again.
There was an issue with their courier in Spain it would take a week to resolve
I chased 10 days later after no communication
No response from Woodworkers workshop
Today I received a refund - but partial because of the charges I had to pay which I cannot recover
Awful service - never using them again

Following the reply - I suggest you read the emails to highlight how many errors and the obvious lack of communication on your behalf. As you say a regular customer, if I get treated this way - God help any newcomers.

Bought an iGaging Snap-Check device. Came promptly, and works as described in Peter's video. Just what I need for my router table.
I can also recommend the woodworking starter course.
