Had a rather different style cut for my worktop and they pulled it off without a hitch. Answered my questions happily and with respect to my time. Really great customer service from the initial contact, through the design, to the delivery as well. After I'd had a rather long and aggravating process looking for a bespoke cut natural wood worktop, I have to say I cannot be happier with my choice in the end, just stunning worktops that instantly transformed the space.

Absolutely delighted with my gorgeous iroko worktops. The whole process from ordering to delivery was superb. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly and incredibly patient when answering my many calls and emails, explaining everything in layman's terms. I asked for delivery on a specific day and the van pulled up at the door just as our kitchen fitters were ready for the worktops. Fabulous firm to deal with. I highly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with. All enquiries are dealt with promptly by either email or phone. Prices were better than others I'd checked out and the quality of the oak worktops I bought were 100%. They were cut exactly to the sizes I ordered and delivered at a time to suit me. There was a small glitch - a tin of Danish oil was missed from my delivery but they sent it out by courier and I received it a couple of days later. I would definitely use this company again

Ordered a worktop and didn’t realise that the eBay listing said no Scottish deliveries. Rather than just cancelling the order they company sorted out a special delivery by a courier. Great service. The worktop needed a very quick/light sand down to smooth the top surface but this is to be expected.

Easy to order, easy to arrange cuts required, quick delivery, great worktop

Oak worktop arrived on time, courteous delivery staff.

That's the only good points. Worktop is bowed front to back by about 7-8mm, there's stamps with serial numbers in annoying places and it's not been thicknessed smoothly so there's grooves in several places. Both the bowing and the grooves only became apparent after sawing and oiling respectively.
