Service I have received from wood worktops has been brilliant, the product is excellent, delivery was smooth, friendly and prompt.
Communication has also been perfect.

We are so happy with the worktop supplied by WoodWorktops, the whole ordering process was really straightforward and the worktop supplied was perfect. The top had been custom cut to fit our island and included 4 radius curves. The final finish was fantastic.

It took just a week for the top to be custom cut and delivered. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in great condition. They even sent us the offcuts from the original piece (which was not expected) and we'll easily find a use for those.

In retrospect, we probably should probably have used their pre-oiling service to save a bit of time on installation. Next time, I would do that.

All-in-all, I would highly recommend them. They are great to deal with and the worktop is fab.

Very pleased with the rustic full stave worktop. The biggest plus for me was they are very approachable and are able to accommodate different needs quickly. Price is good as well. The service from Kalina was also very professional.

So pleased we found this website. We ordered a 'full' walnut stave and a smaller worktop. We had to push back our order several times and they were ever so helpful. We had great customer service from beginning to end.

Had another fantastic experience with this company, from start to finish I was listened to. My order was changed 3 times through my measuring antics but not once did they complain. The quality of the wood is amazing as before they even gave me the off cuts so I can make cutting boards. The delivery was quick and the delivery lads were fantastic couldn't do enough will definitely be ordering again there's nowhere better in my opinion even my joiner has taken their details thank you so much

I have used these guys 3 times now. Initially I made a dining room table out of their full stave rustic oak 900 x 2.4mtr which is still brilliant. So when it came to making a new kitchen, there was only one place I was going to get the worktops from. Thanks.

Amazing service. Ordered full stave oak worktops in November, had to reschedule delivery 3 times. Each time, customer service was fabulous, so friendly and understanding. Delivery man was equally lovely, insisted on carrying 2 heavy worktops into my flat as he saw I was alone. The worktops are beautiful, full length oak staves joined together almost seamlessly, excellent finish, ready for oiling, with great instructions. Have seen similar elsewhere at more than double the price. Would definitely recommend them, and will buy from them again. Thank you so much!

Superb; very friendly, quick delivery and excellent full stave walnut worktop.
Their CNC cutting of my bowed edge and non square ends was perfect, they can cut within a fraction of a mm / degree. Delivery was excellent also. Good value, good service, great product, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks guys.

The process from start to finish was very simple and easy to do. Leanne and the team at wood worktops were very helpful and talked me through every step. I was pleased to find a 72 cm wide worktop in maple at a competitive price with reasonably priced delivery too.
It was delivered on time and is just as I had hoped. This order was for my new utility room, and when we get round to doing the new kitchen I will be back for more!
