If I could give zero I would.
I am £50 out of pocket haven't received the order the courier says that they've delivered when they haven't. Neither the courier nor woodworm are contactable no one ever answers the phone.

Great communication
Great communication, very quick delivery & although I missed the first delivery the options to change the delivery address & day was brilliant. Received before quoted delivery time. Husband is extremely pleased with it

Terrible customer care.
Lack of customer care, I left a voice message and was told someone would call back, It Never happened. No reply to a few emails, and I had to wait almost two weeks to get a refund. Terrible service. And Very Cheap products. I am amazed that you are still in business.

First cricket set
I bought my 11 year old son a bat, bag and gloves from Woodworm as he has just joined a cricket club. The speed of delivery and quality of the items have been great. I think for reasonably priced, but good quality cricket equipment, Woodworm is a fantastic option.
