I just wanted to remark on the amazing speed of delivery, less than 24 hours! I have yet to try them out but on first inspection it is a well supportive pillow, which is what I need as a side sleeper.

I purchased a woolow pillow on 006/04/2021. In a short while it wenr rock hard and uncomfortable. I know it was not possible to put it in the dryer to fluff it up so I didn't. I was very unhappy with it. I did complain via email and got no response. In the end I put it in the dog basket!!!! Then threw it out.
It cost 75 €.
I really love the idea of a wool pillow but it was a terrible investment.

I bought the bundle (topper, duvet and 2 pillows) for my husband as a birthday present. The order was replied to promptly, and the goods arrived well packed, and with a lovely Gift Pack, which included two beautiful lavender-filled bags for drawers, and a chamomile, cedarwood and orange sleep spray. I can honestly say that we both LOVE the products, and have slept incredibly well since we switched our usual bedding for the Woolow products. Great products and a great company in my experience, and so proud that they are Irish!

I spent €700 with this company my order included 3 lavender pillows which I never received,instead they sent 2 large and 1 small cheaper pillows which has no trace of a lavender fragrance.
The company can't be contacted, there is no telephone number and they do not reply to emails.
There is no customer service,avoid them.
I'm considering sending everything back under the 50 nights guarantee.

Loved it for the first two months, then because of the nature of the fibres, the pillow has begun to compact and become more dense. It’s now almost a hard brick.

Ordered a complete sleep set late November. No delivery to date and no response to emails regarding delivery. Very poor service and no telephone number to contact. Left in limbo with no information regarding my order

Ordered a bundle 2 weeks ago over the phone with Michael, no delivery. I have followed up with two emails, one voicemail, and contacted through the website regarding delivery. No response whatsoever. Terrible service.

I bought wool pillow , what a pity wasn’t any information about the smell , I couldn’t stand odor wool lanolin wool . I send back pillow . I wrote few emails earlier and no respond and no refund .

Their pillows seem to be a great choice-until you actually purchase them. Initially they seemed uncomfortable despite regularly plumping up the filling, but these pillows are hard and uncomfortable causing head pain the next day.
I emailed the company expressing my concerns several times but there has been no response whatsoever from them.
Not unlike other expensive brands of wool pillows, there seems to be much hype over these pillows when there are lower priced alternatives available.

I was very disappointed. I bought a pillow. I was told that I had 50 days to return if not satisfied. . I sent three emails saying that I was not happy with the product but I did not receive any reply. They promise a 50 day back guarantee but how can one return it when nobody responds to them?!

My old pillow got so flat that, when laying on my back, my chin was practically touching my chest. It was time to find something new.
My Woolow is soo comfy - great support for the head but also not too stiff or too soft. Love it!!!!!!!

Some reviews complain about SHEEP smell, maybe don't buy SHEEP derived products?? Smells like a cosy cottage to me!! Plastic on the other hand has "no smell" when new but it is toxic. We need to get used to natural things in our environment.

It was easy to order and it came very quickly. We are very happy with the duvet, it was so cosy and warm for the Winter and during the Summer it has been great.

While I love the idea of a naturally made pillow the smell is hard to get used to. I ordered a lavender pillow but it smells nothing like lavender just sheep. Not sure how to get rid of the smell any ideas?

Woolow pillow is Amazingly effective for heat regulation. We are very happy. The finish is really good as well. It's a beautiful product. I've recommended these to so many people. Brilliant

Delivered promptly. Very comfortable duvet from day one. Cosy but feels airy and breathable.

I always had duck down or down and feather pillows but struggle to find good ones, so thought i would try woolow’s pillow as i am in Kerry and surrounded by sheep..
Honestly just had the best nights shleep in ages!
You won’t regret purchasing the bundle with mattress topper and duvet, an amazing quality, sustainable, Irish product.
