I love this product and its delivery. It’s 5 star all the way. I buy these pillows as gifts for family and friends. They are as delighted as I. The pillows hold their shape, are nicely firm. The outside material is of excellent quality. I only need one to sleep. I love that they are made from wool and thus sustainable. Well done, Woolow.

This is a difficult product to review because it’s such a personal opinion. I cannot fault the company for its service - for which I would happily give 5 stars - but the pillows just weren’t for me. I am used to two very fluffy and light down pillows. I have a wool duvet and hence was tempted to try the pillows. They were way too firm for me (one and I woke in the night feeling like I was sleeping on a brick, two and I had serious neck ache) and I found them stiff and heavy to put into my cases. My husband liked his, but also didn’t notice when it was replaced with his normal pillow. I did find them very good for sitting up in bed, and for putting between my knees to relieve back pain. In the end decided to keep them for this reason and in case I need hypo allergenic pillows, but they would not be my choice to use as a pillow.

Ever wonder what to gift someone who has everything? Look no further... got one for a friend (and one for myself) as both of us have sleeping problems and yes!! Total success..
I have sleep apnea and arthritis in my upper spine and my pillow not only supports my head and neck but is very comfortable whatever way I lie while sleeping. My friends sleep has also improved greatly.
Costumer service excellent. Michael phoned my twice to discuss my order. Over and beyond for such a small order and much appreciated.
Would highly recommend these pillows to anyone with a sleeping disorder.

The pillow itself is lovely, if a little soft. It needs some TLC to get into good shape. I got the lavender infused variety but am very disappointed with the depth of scent. Woolow were very slow to get back to me on this and when they did, advised me to purchase their accompanying spray, which I did. Again though, way too subtle and very expensive for such a small bottle. So it's a purchase of two halves for me: pillow good but the rest (lavender elements and company communication) not so impressive.

Purchased 3 of these pillows 2 were perfect,very happy owners, 3rd one had a problem deep crease in middle, no problem, replacement sent by Michael.
Would recommend this company and it's products.

Ordered on line and received delivery in the UK three days later, much faster than I expected. I didn't know my wife had put it on the bed for me as I had been away. It was the first night I hadn't sweated for months. I had the 800 pillow, going to order another now.

Lovely pillow have it about 8 months.Turn it over before sleep and thump it a few times,it fits beautifully in to my neck,doesn’t slip away when I sleep on my back.Excellent product.Glad it’s Irish,home grown etc.

I love the concept of wool and my pillow did not disappoint! My pillow arrived quickly and there was good communication. I would order again (when they have different firmnesses - hint - hint!)

I was searching online for pillows made from natural materials and was delighted to discover Woolow's wool pillows. I was looking for a thick pillow and ordered one specified as firm. It arrived promptly, but it was not as thick or firm as I had hoped. I emailed Woolow and the owner offered to meet me to exchange the pillow. When we met he offered me a choice from two or three different firmer pillows and I was very happy with the one I was able to exchange. Michael went above and beyond in his customer service, and although the pillow has flattened a little (although it hasn't been fluffed up as often as recommended), it is still firm and comfortable 8 months later.

Without a doubt, sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the mornings. Diggin the company's ethos too. Wish them all the success

After years of poor sleep, I had been looking for a new solution. I considered some of the memory foam pillows but wanted something more natural. A web search brought me to the Woolow site and I have to say Woolow is the answer to my sleep prayers! I wake feeling rested and refreshed – well done guys, keep up the great work!

Love this pillow! I found Woolow while searching for all natural/eco friendly products for my home and am so impressed by how much it’s improved my sleep. Mine is the lavender infused version and it smells amazing. Highly recommend!

The lavender-infused pillow is amazing!
I got this pillow as I have asthma and was in the market for a hypoallergenic pillow. This pillow ticks all the boxes: comfy, sustainable, environmentally-friendly, organic, the list goes on.
Would definitely recommend!
