This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I did not receive my order. Requested a refund because I did not receive my order and did not get a response.@. I reported this to the BBB and the FTC. Reported it to the credit card company and to Shop Pay. I will try to report this to the office of the Attorney General. This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere. What they are doing is a SCAM plain and simple. Please don’t trust this company with your hard earned money.

Scammers

Ordered a pearl necklace. The mentio a 60 day refund policy but no return button, just an email address. They say it’s 14c gold. It is real gold at all. When mine arrived about 3 days ago, it hadn’t been made right. The strands are perfect on one side but the middle strand on the other side is attached to the wring and therefore it’s twisted. I have just lost £99!! Have sent 2 emails but on reading reviews I’m not expecting a reply. I’m going to try and report to FB where I saw the advert. It’s a disgrace. Scammers the lot of them. I’m never going to buy from FB again. If I can remember right, there was no option to pay by PayPal so no chance on getting my money back. If they are not replying to their emails, Trustpilot will not get a reply, but we have to notify others!

Scams you on refunds!!

When you order, you eventually get the jewelry you ordered, but when you want to return something they stop answering emails and do not refund. Total scam!!!
