I purchased the monthly android app and paid the full amount yet i'm not recognized as a premium user and can't use the full version of the application. Trying to reach customer service for 2 days now with no reply.
UPDATE:
customer service replied to my e-mail right after this review. Problem with premium account was resolved, yet again the application itself isn't helpful,doesn't work. Doesn't worth a cent.

I was quite hopeful that it would help to download backup from google drive. Wasted my 2 days over trying it. Even the logging was a lot of trouble. It logged in inside my gmail account but it did not show the drive files. I tried to download backup from phone directly. Again no use. waste of time. It connected the device and instead of downloading the backup it asked for payment to start the process. It should have been mentioned in the start that this app is paid for use.

I had an issue after I signed up and didn't realize that they don't offer a MAC version, so I requested a refund as I was not able to use the service. Livia was kind and super attentive and the refund was issued the same day. After purchasing lifetime access to iMoveGo as an SVIP I had issues with connecting to the PC app and using the IOS app afterward. After reaching out, a member of the support team; Chloe, promptly gave me steps to successfully connect to the PC app. They also offered a 30% partial refund on my purchase since the IOS app cannot be used currently but will be developed in the future.

I was misinformed what the product was capable of and after some explanation I received a full refund. Coco, whom I worked with, seems like an honest person to deal with. Be careful to understand what you are buying, a question to them asking specifically what you want it to do would be welcomed by them.
