From Dave inital visit to estimate the price through to the completed work this firm demonstrated nothing less than outstanding customer service and craftmanship. The need to replace my garden fence was complicated by the proximitey of the woodline and the fall of the ground. These did not detract in anyway form the teams determination to produce a top flight job. The team were on site for two days. They were punctual, polite and totally professional. The quality of the product and the standard of the workmanship was excellent and I am delighted with the result, and the price.

Fencing and Gate work
Quick with communication from quote, works through to invoice.
We had a part of a broken metal fence and gate replaced.
They managed to match the fence and gate perfectly.
Team who came to do the work were polite and friendly.
Job done to a good standard and the slight changes to the work required were explained thoroughly. The team had to overcome a couple of obstacles lining up with the existing fence which they did without fuss.

Great acoustic fence.
A great experience from start to finish, beginning with Dave taking us to view an acoustic fence that had already been installed so we could assess whether it would meet our needs. This was so useful both to help us make a decision about the type of fence to have, and also to see the high quality of the finished work.
The team who installed our fence were amazing, working hard through consecutive days of temperatures of 30 degrees plus but still paying great attention to detail both during the build and in the finishing off. They were polite and a pleasure to have around (Jez, Gary, Mike and Tony). The finished fence looks as fantastic as we had hoped. Thank you to all the team.

Professional From Start to Finsih
It was a pleasure to deal with Worcestershire Fencing from start to finish.
The quote appointment was very informal and friendly, with very good knowledge of the products on offer and installation techniques. Consideration for my views and the needs of my project were discussed, ideas were offered, and a plan of works established.
The Fixed Price quote was produced very efficiently, and was in my opinion a fair price for the project.
It was only a few weeks wait to get in the diary for the works to be started.
The installation team were very professional with great attention to detail. They worked non-stop during a very hot period of June weather, and over difficult sloping terrain. They showed respect and consideration for ours, and our neighbours property. The finished project exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this company again. I have already made two recommendations to friend/family.

High quality work and excellent customer service
Worcestershire Fencing supplied and fitted some fencing and gates for us a little while ago now. We were very impressed at the time with the level of friendliness and professionalism shown by all of the team, along with the quality of work. The level of customer service both at the time of fitting and afterwards (most recently when our gates have required a few adjustments and a fencing repair was needed due to winter storm damage) has been outstanding. It seems rare these days to find a company that takes such pride in their work and who are so passionate and committed to the service they provide their customers - they genuinely care! Naturally, we would not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality fencing work.

Excellent, cheerful, timely service.
Excellent: Two jobs were completed yesterday. One was a spur repair to a fence and the other was a complete new fence along the back of the house. It was all done at speed. I was expecting a July date but I am really pleased that it is now all done. The repair is excellent and I am no longer worried about the next high wind. The back fence looks amazing and really sturdy and built to last. The whole process was incredibly efficient and communication was great. I felt sorry for the installers of the fence. Access was difficult, the space was very tight to work in, the original fence was difficult to remove and to cap it all it poured with rain before they were finished. They were amazing, good-humoured, positive, reassuring, hard working and did a great job. Many thanks

Worcestershire fencing have done 2 jobs for us and both were outstanding! The fences look fantastic, complete our garden beautifully. Personalised perfectly to our specifications and built to last. We've met 5 different members of the team and each and everyone was friendly, professional and hard working. The jobs were completed to a very high standard and left the garden clean and tidy. Communication was with Dave and Brad, both were very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their garden.
