Excellent service
Excellent service. A fence was repaired in my garden and I cannot fault the service and quality of the work. Staff who attended were very polite and helpful, explaining exactly how the repair would be carried out and leaving everything clean and tidy after completion.

Highly recommend
I can’t recommend Worcestershire Fencing highly enough.
From start to finish, they were efficient, polite, tidy and genuinely cared about the end result.
They may not have been the cheapest firm available, but for the level of service, quality and finish, it means you get really good value for money and are left with a solid, well fitted fence which looks great. Neighbours have already asked for their details.

Excellent service all round. David visited my home within 24 hours of my call and emailed the quotation the same day. The work was booked in for seven days later. Fence replacement
After having a fence replacement booking cancelled at short notice I contacted worcestershire fencing and Brad fitted us in for a quote first thing the following morning , work was done on the afternoon , really pleased with quality of fence panels and workmen did a great job, communication with this company is outstanding - will definitely use for future projects

Brad came out and assessed the job - 5 panels and concrete posts and emailed the quote the next day. The team came out 3 weeks later and did a very professional job all completed within the day including all tidying up etc. Highly recommended.

We had our hedge replaced with fencing the team worked extremely hard all day and completed in the day. They also cleared it all up. I would recommend Worcestershire fencing.

Excellent professional job
Brad came out quickly and quoted us there and then for the job. Accepted the quote straight away as felt confident they would would do a good job. Got booked in with a date and turned up on the day they said.
The 2 hard working lads fitting the fence were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job of putting the 8 fence panels in and getting an old fence panel on the other side of garden to fit properly whilst there. Very tidy workers, all old wood taken away and a neat job! Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

New Fence
Two of my fence panels were blown down in the recent storm. Since they were only replaced 10 years ago, this highlighted that I needed a more robust fence that could last the weather and time. The new fence is more robust (concrete posts/gravel boards/timber panels) and looks great. The team (Jess/Craig) did a fantastic job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards (taking the old fence with them). They were fast, efficient and very pleasant. I have used Worcestershire Fencing before (competitive pricing/high quality) and would highly recommend them to friends (I have done already).

Excellent service
Earlier last year 2024 the company erected a fence for my mother. In November she decided to extend it further down her drive. Having had a wonderful experience the first time with this company, I contacted them again. They haven't disappointed. They were totally reliable , keeping to dates and times . The quote for the job was very fair and consisted of good quality materials. The men that undertook the job were very polite, hardworking and tidy in their work. I was impressed at the way my elderly mother was respected and that of her elderly neighbour. I would encourage anyone to look no further than this company. They tick all the boxes of what a first class business should achieve.

Ohhh, this is amazing, such a great read. This is another brilliant review from a returning customer, thank you very much. There are too many points to feedback on, I will pick a couple.
1)Respectful to the customer and neighbour- All the staff have been with us a good while, we only use direct staff with no subcontractors. Working like this ensures the lads are happy at work, this shows when dealing with the customers day to day.
2)Reliable, keeping to dates and times- we run a tight ship with the diary, with both quotes and operations. We give you a date and a time, we will stick to it. On the odd occasion we fall a little behind or get in front we will communicate with the customer.

Fence repair
We contacted Worcestershire Fencing as our fence panel needed repairing after falling down in the storm. We previously had them out for another part of the fence earlier on in the year and they were great. Quick response and came out the following day to fix the fence panel for us. Competitive price and a great team. Highly recommend them for any fencing issues!
