I have to say Charlie cox over at wordans was an absolute pleasure! Although there was an issue with my order he responded to my email immediately with a phone call and an email. He made sure the situation was Resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. Because of Charlie wordans now has a life long customer!!

There was a more than 1 month delay on my order, but with that said, they were communicative, helpful and professional and gave me the option to cancel. Would recommend :)

I have made multiple purchases on Wordans.com and they are always fast and easy, also the customer support team is very helpful, I had some trouble tracking my order and Adiel from the support team provided me with excellent aid.

Upon receiving my order, I had a damaged item and Anna was quick to assess the issue and send a replacement right away. Thank you Anna for all the help and your great customer service. I will be ordering from you guys again and wish you a great day !

Recently used Wordans for the first time to order some youth hoodies. One of the hoodies had some stitching issues. I sent an email in and customer service contacted me within the hour. Adiel was excellent and quickly assured me they would get a replacement item sent right out. Great customer service and quick response. I will for sure order again.

I cannot recommend Wordans enough. I had a small issue with an order and Anna was wonderful. She was pleasant, kind, listened, and most importantly resolved my issue is a time efficient manner.

I needed hoodies quickly so I could add HTV vinyl for them! I am unsure how I found Wordans, but I have been thrilled with the speed. I also reached out to Adiel for support regarding questions for my order. They responded quickly and ensured me that my order would be here in time. I will absolutely use Wordans again for materials.

My experience was great with this company. I had Charlie C. help me through my issues with my account. By the time we were finished he had everything figured out and had processed my refund on the spot. Charlie was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Charlie for all of your help.

I had a slight mix up with my order, but within 30 seconds (not exaggerating) Charlie C. had it corrected. He was efficient, friendly, and thorough. Got to love great customer service!

Ordered hats from this company, I hadn’t received an order number or confirmation, so I reached out to customer service and asked what was going on and Charlie assured me that they did send one out and it had gone to my old email address that was linked to my Amazon account and I was able to find the email and confirm that I had received it previously, and he re sent me the email just to make sure i did receive it. Charlie was super helpful and made it a pleasant experience, made sure everything was taken care of and was extremely helpful.

Customer service has been fantastic. Simona N received my call when I had an issue with the shipment I received. She immediately took measures to resolve the issue and I received an email from her within 15 minutes of our phone confirmation. Her resolution was fast and much appreciated. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

When I received my shipment I was missing 5 shirts. I called and talked to Charlie Cox and he was so much help. He took care of the problem while we were on the phone. This is the second time I have had to call Wordans regarding an order and both times they have been great to work with. Will continue using them for all my shirt orders.
