We were trying to find sweatshirts for our company and couldn’t find them anywhere! We finally found them on Wordans USA and got them shipped to us within 3-4 days. They ran straight to our printer but our printer noticed our quantity wasn’t correct. I emailed Wordans and got a reply from Anna almost immediately and she had everything resolved for us within 12hrs! I couldn’t be more grateful for Anna making this smooth and stress free! Thank you!!!

Charlie is so efficient getting back through email while there were issues with an item I had ordered. Free shipping on my order so I can replace the no stock item that I had ordered.

I appreciate the way they both made everything easy. The best experience I had dealing with returns via email.

I made an order and realized the price increased I called Wordans and Spoke to Charlie Cox, whom of which was very polite and helped me fast. After speaking to Mr. Cox he realized my email was incorrect and called me back to fix the issue. I was very happy and pleased he didn’t “ghost” me

This was my first time ordering. The items I ordered were mostly as expected, however there was a mixup in color/size/product of one shipment. I contacted customer service and Charlie immediately helped process my return. Despite a little hiccup, I would definitely order again.
