Wordans USA is my go to for blanks for my small business. I recently tried to place an order and received an error code and to my surprise, within some minutes later I received a call from Adiel, a Wordans USA representative! As it turns out, he noticed I had an issue placing the order and decided to follow up with a call... I was so moved by this gesture as it was so unexpected! And to "add a cherry on top" as they say, he extended a discount code for my inconvenience. I know it's his job and all, but I felt so cheerful after speaking with him. Thank your Wordans USA and Adiel for all you do in making small business owners like myself feel valued and appreciated!

This was my first experience with Wordan's and it was a pleasure doing business with Charlie. I am technically challenged and had difficulty adjusting my order when it was doubled. I received an e-mail and follow up telephone call from Charlie who recommended that I use a different browser or computer. Problem fixed. Can't remember the last time I received a friendly voice or someone who actually wanted to help. Will continue to do business with Wordan's thanks to the kind and courteous service received from Charlie.

I ordered from Wordans a lot because I make my own t-shirts. Recently I needed to return items that didn't fit - apparently there was an issue with their return system because it sat in the queue for almost a month. I called Customer Service and spoke to Simona, who was very nice; she ended up pushing my request thru manually, sending me a return label and closing out my issue in a matter of minutes.

Definitely recommend this company. Will be using them in the future.

I love getting shirts from Wordans. Recently I placed an order of Bella Canvas shirts and the style of the shirts were just entirely too small. I put in a request to return them and Adiel was really nice about explaining the return process and sent me a label very quickly. I always have a great experience getting shirts and other items, but it's nice to know that the return process/policy is really easy as well.

I had a wonderful experience with Charlie. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions super quick! He even personally phoned me back after speaking with the warehouse for my items. Will definitely be using this company again
