Anna was great and resolved any and all issues seamlessly!!!

I screwed up my payment option when checking out and emailed customer services in hopes of correcting my mistake. Alex emailed and called my later that same day. He was easily able to correct the issue, and even offered my a coupon! My order arrived super fast too! This was my first time first experience with wordands, and it was a fabulous experience, thanks to Alex! I'll definitely be ordering again! Thanks so much!

Upon opening my order, I noticed some of my ordered was short, so I contacted customer service and Charlie Cox, was quick to respond back to me and assured that my he was taken care of it and received the rest of my order 2 days later....very appreciated to him and the team

After being a Hanes B2B company, this is the best option. They are super fast super efficient the return and credit with them is even faster than the one I had with hanes directly, they have so many options. Great Great Great service

I got the best customer service when UPS lost my package, I had ordered almost $5k in hoodies and sweatshirts and a few got lost! Adiele reached out and took care of my situation and was so kind and promptly answered my emails!! Wordans will have 100a% of my business!!!! Great Customer service AAAAAAA+++++++

I ordered a sweatshirt and initially was mailed the wrong size. I reached out to Customer Service and Alex helped to facilitate a quick exchange the very next day. Within 48 hrs I had a new sweatshirt in the correct size delivered to my doorstep! I was impressed with the timeliness with which this company and Alex made things right. I will definitely do business with them again!

I had a brief issue with my order and I was the cause of the issue. After calling customer service and speaking to Adiel Escobedo he solved the issue after asking me a couple of questions. Great job!! Mr Escobedo was easy to communicate with and he's customer service was outstanding and warm. Thank for the great experience.

Was amazing and helpful

Had a small problem with an item, emailed the company along with sending a photo. Next day received a call from the Manager who handled it professional and will be shipping a replacement out asap. Wordan has great prices and excellent quality items. If you haven't ordered from there you need to start!!
