Where do I start from…..if I could give 0 star I would!!!!!

This company did our house installation and we was told that the works would take max 2 weeks. It’s taken over 3months to complete the works.

I have been messaging Farhan and Sherri. Both have given us excuses that one’s family members died and the other one went holiday to Pakistan. No one nos what they are doing in this company - dodgy group of men! Please avoid.

The builders have till today left all the black bin bags with rubbish in our driveway. I have contacted Farhan numerous times and he ignores us. Basically they have left all their Rubbish on our driveway and haven’t taken it. It’s been nearly a month on and this is the experience we have had with these people!

I would highly suggest to check if this company is ligit. I am looking at compensation for all the damages these people have caused our family.

The WORST and MOST unprofessional, dishonest & disgusting people my family has ever dealt with in our lives. We got our house installation done through them and here's all the wreckage they managed to accumulate over the roughly 4 months they took to complete the whole project which apparently in their own words to us before starting would take '2 weeks max.'
- Broke & torn off internet cable
- Damaged & broke sky satellite dish
- Damaged both front and back gutters
- Messed up our whole garden with debris & cement
- Damaged loft bathroom ceiling when fitting fan
- Expected us to call people for them when that's not our job
- Letting 18yr olds work 'un-supervised'
- Rude & Dishonest management (they even block your phone number)
- Not paying their builders (one of them came to our house asking for his £200)

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WORK WITH THESE COWBOY BUILDERS AT ALL!!!
Please save yourself time, money and energy by finding other PROFESSIONALS.

Such a scam.. one person calls and says you're qualified for new boiler and then sends email to complete a form and when the form is completed, they don't even reply back until I called back to inquire and the other person keeps telling that the one who emailed is on holidays. And that you are not qualified for the boiler. Waste of time.

Yas and Imran were a great team who got the work done in good and time with so much efficency and dedication.

Excellent service from work work limited. They attended my house on 3rd January and everything was done professionally and diligently. I cannot recommend them more. The work was very tidy and done efficiently.

Was contacted by Akshay who was very polite and friendly as well as professional. Akshay booked Murphy the surveyor to visit and survey my property to help me reduce my fuel bills.

I found Work Work very friendly and genuinely desiring of being helpful if a little disorganised in booking their appointments, letting me know on the day or day before that an appointment had been arranged. Saying that, if it wasn't suitable for me they were more than willing to change it to suit me.

I was disappointed when Murphy, the surveyor, didn't turn up for their booked appointment nor did he call to explain or apologise, but when I called Work Work they were very apologetic and said it was because the surveyor had decided my property wasn't eligible for the grant, which confused me and they agreed he or someone should have called me to inform me.

Then Akshay called again, to say another Surveyor Sri was booked and yes, I did qualify for help under the grant scheme.

Sri was very courteous and professional and following his survey I had a visit from Yasar the Work Work Gas Engineer today. Yasar, with his coworker, installed Heating Controls for my boiler and new simple to operate Radiator Valves on all the radiators in my home.

I recently got my work done from work work limited and the work carried out by the professional workers was incredible. The engineer Mr Hash installed the boiler and explained every single thing from scratch before installing. He was a friendly and experienced person who knew what he is doing. The staff of work work was very supportive and ready to help at every moment before and after the work was carried out. If i had 10 stars to give to this company i would give. They have competent and professional staff who carry out whatever they are suppose to do. i had extra work to be done in the property but the engineer told me that he can only do boiler to boiler and this is understandable. i had to privately arrange other person to carry on my other work. I highly recommend this company.

You people are not professional l have had no heating or hot water for a whole month
You are cowboys as you fitted a new worcester boiler in my property and it never works properly you are unprofessional when l tried to complain l was told to put it in writing the first week tge 2nd week my phone calls were being cut off by the staff who were very rude and did not help irrespective of me telling them I have children and the boiler was installed by them less than 2 years
They said last week that l would have a engineer out that it was a whole day appointment again the staff lied to me
I would advise please don’t get any boilers fitted by this company as they are cowboys

If I could rate 0 stars I would.

A cowboy company who have incompetent staff, and they subcontract the work out. Most of the workmen who came out speak very broken English and couldn’t communicate effectively or understand some of the questions raised. My disabled Mum has been left without heating and hot water because allegedly the pipes aren’t covered by the Government Scheme and their “surveyor” didn’t note that one of the pipes for the tank in the loft was leaking and this needed to be repaired before the boiler could be fitted.
Yesterday (23rd Dec 2022) an advisor named Akshay kept contradicting himself and telling lies about when they could arrange for the work to be carried out. It was supposed to be done 21st, then 23rd - we were then told 27th. We were told the boiler was out of stock, but they’d DEFINITELY have it by 27th - we queried this due to Xmas and bank holiday hours. Then he said DEFINITELY 28th.

Work Work and the CEO Bipin have blocked me on LinkedIn, some woman who I presume to have been Rashmeet Duggal who responded on LinkedInkept interrupting us on the phone today (24th Dec 2022) and then proceeded to hang up on my brother when being asked several times what her name was.

I will be escalating this to the government scheme and the relevant authorising body because they’ve carried out poor work so far, left my disabled mother without heating. They probably have been paid out for work not carried out.
The haven’t followed any GDPR guidelines. They wouldn’t answer my mums calls after cutting her off yesterday, but they answered from another number and proceeded to discuss the issue with a third party without any verification checks. After I left a message on the CEOs LinkedIn they called my Mum shortly afterwards and again did no GDPR verification checks. They could have been speaking to anybody.

Steer Clear from them. No ID was shown by the workmen who came to put vents in the windows and crappy insulation in the doors which now prevents them from closing - nor the men who showed up in a Prius to “fit the boiler” which they didn’t do. They drove off when we asked them to call the company to ascertain what was happening. I don’t know who shows up in a car when they’re allegedly workmen hired to fit boilers in properties on a legitimate work scheme.
I will be pursuing this further because they are a scam company run by incompetent cowboys and have workmen who struggle to communicate with the customers.

To be honest a 1 star is too good for this company… I am absolutely disgusted the Customer Service is non existent…. Calls are never returned and they don’t even know who they are talking to! Please do not use I believe they are SCAMMERS without a doubt!!!! When I have called asking for an email to be sent due to the works NOT being carried out ie the Boiler was not fitted at my elderly aunts…. I don’t ever receive that email stating the works haven’t been carried out which I cannot understand why?? Absolutely wasted my time over and over again for the last 2 months. How people have written and given them 5 stars is beyond me they are probably having their friends do it on here! Please don’t use this company because they are not fit for purpose.. they do not do anything they speak to you with a bad attitude and have no clue what is going on!!!!!!

Reviews are true, I cannot understand why folks have to be so rude and arrogant? It's very disrespectful when there talking over you. Vishal promised constantly to phone you back and then made an excuse. He even fibbed saying they phoned me which I don't understand why they had a reason to lie?

Phone call constant getting cut off. They've already lost my application so I've already waited a further 2 weeks but they still won't expedited even thoe I had confirmation they recieved my form.

I've never had to claim any benefits unfortunately I lost my job due to a road accident . My life has changed completely mentally and physically and how they talk to you it's disheartening.

Nobody has respect no more.

bad experience from the start being fobbed off on the phone making strange excuses about doing the job, hard to contact, ignoring phone calls, then arranging a day to come and not turning up, rude and unprofessional on the phone and sounded like a scammer. stay clear

I hired them for first time floor insulation Fitch and had a great experience. They gave me a great quote definitely coming back for more!
