World Of-accessories Reviews 

I have to agree with Dave, I have used World Of Acc. They were Good (not amazing just good) and I can see that these review sites mostly have negative reviews on them just look at Vodafone's reviews. I have used Vodafone for years and had no problems millions of us do so how can they have such bad reviews ?

If you look more closely, the big difference between the negative reviews about World of Accessories and about John Lewis is that the latter responds to every negative review individually. John Lewis apologises and offers an email address to contact to resolve the issue. If you look at the World of Accessories' reviews, however, there is nothing in response from the company. And if you attempt to complain by phone or email to them you're met with rudeness and obstruction at every turn.

I have ordered and received goods from WoA and the service was excellent so was shocked to read these reviews. I then looked again and found my much beloved JohnLewis.com has the same bad feedback as WoA. It looks to me like this site only gets bad reviews on companies and isn't a real picture of their service. Anyway Just how it looks to me..... 10/10 is how I have found them.

I bought 2 Iphone 6 audio adaptors to enable me to use the Iphone 6 on docking stations that have the old style larger plug in, fortunately I had a voucher which dropped the price to £23.95. The adaptors don't work, I have emailed the company several times, some idiot called Richard asked if my Iphone was in a case. I've not heard nothing from them since, even though I keep emailing them.

I give them 1 star because Trustpilot won't let me give them no stars.

Avoid like the plague.

This company now has a County Court Judgement against it for not settling a customer complaint. The judge found in favour of the claimant and against World of Accessories.

They are also in breach of the court order as they have failed to pay the moneys that the court ordered them to pay.

You judge if they are a good company to deal with. Use them at your peril.

I was going to order 3 battery's for me and my daughters iPhone 4S I'm so glad I took the time to look on this site ,there web site seems so genuine I do hope trading standards do some think about this rude man and his company absolutely disgusting

I ordered an iPad charger - advertised as "genuine Apple" product. It literally exploded a few weeks later. Turned out it was a fake. Obviously pretty dangerous. Pursuing them via Trading Standards at the moment. Other review sites also show they're con artists selling fake accessories.

I was looking to order a product through these guys and they were selling at 200% premium. I just called to ask if the battery was original and if they would replace the product should the battery sub-perform. The staff on the other hand was very rude, complete moaner and I guess someone disgusted with his own life. DO NOT ORDER from them. If Sales on their side is so rude, I can only imagine what Service will be like.

When returning an item, they advised me to obtain proof of postage in case of loss in post. Incredibly, it got lost in the post. They told me to contact Royal Mail for compensation, who told me they never offer compensation on Freepost deliveries. This protracted dialogue took me beyond the period of redress through my credit card company. In the end, World of Accessories said it was my fault. My fault? And they had no intention of returning my money. Dear reader, I bid you to draw your own conclusions on the nature of this company.

This company should not be allowed to trade. They are rude and sell faulty goods. Ive had the unpleasure of dealing with this company after returning a faulty iPhone adapter. Basically it got lost somewhere, WOA blamed the post office and the post office said it was down to WOA who should sort this out. I finally got an email about 3 months later from the company to say they had received my returned parcel but could not refund as it was past the refund date! Add to this disappointment the rude and slow responses and waste of time and money! I wish I had never had to deal with them. Please AVOID like the plague, you only have to look at the other reviews to see how bad this company is………STAY CLEAR

I ordered an iphone 5s charger, first one they sent worked for a day, then asked to send a replacement and the charger arrived with wires exposed. I have asked for a third charger to be sent and just wanted to advise the staff that they need to speak to their customers in a correct manner and supply better products then customers would not need to ring up and complain. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I completely concur with the other reviewers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their products are shoddy, I was sent a fake that failed within a few days, and their customer service is shocking; rude, arrogant and uncaring.

I ordered an iphone battery which did not arrive within the specified time, even though when I telephoned they claimed it had been dispatched the day after the order was placed. The man on the phone was exceedingly rude, uncaring and sarcastic. He told me to take the matter up with Royal Mail and said it was nothing to do with them. In full agreement with all previous posters. What a shameful excuse for a company with terrible customer service, and fake goods. They need to be exposed, penalised and closed down for good.

I can only repeat what others have said paid for first class delivery £3.99 wrong item arrived 10 days later. Still no refund from beginning of May. Rude staff who don't want to know when you ring. No answers to emails chasing refunds. I cannot stress too much do not deal with this company , I only wish I had seen these reviews before I dealt with them,

Ordered iphone battery from them. It wasn't the cheapest but they promised it was a genuine apple part so paid a little extra. Although I got an email the day after I ordered it saying it had been despatched it didn't arrive for 10 days, and the date on the packaging was the day before it arrived so the email was a lie. The Battery was the wrong battery, not only not an iphone battery (too deep to fit in an iphone) but date of manufacture on battery was 2009. Rang the company to try and get it changed but customer support man was exceedingly rude. Said I had made a mistake so it was my fault and he didn't have to do anything, but i was welcome to order the right one. I pointed out that the delivery note specified the correct battery and he accused me of lying and being stupid for ordering the wrong item. I offered to return the battery for exchange as I lived close by, He said if I turned up there he would break my teeth. (he actually said he would break my t-t-t-eeth, as I have a stutter that gets worse under stress and he was making fun if it.) At this point I gave up. Jokes on him anyway because I was buying on behalf of a rather large government department and he would have had a lot of follow up sales, which I will now happily take elsewhere.
Avoid this company at ALL Costs. (I'm sure they wont be in business long anyway!)

I am still waiting for a refund from this company and their emails are full of the attitude 'we don't care'. Not once have they apologied, not once have they offered to go the extra mile. I will never never never deal with this organisation again. They are rude rude rude!!!!

I ordered a cable and 2 sets of genuine apple earphones. NONE of what I ordered was genuine and NONE of the items worked properly and they may have damaged my phone. I sent the goods back and after receiving no confirmation that they had received the returns I emailed them twice. Again, after no response i called them up, the man who answered was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. He ended up hanging the phone up on me. A shocking company and nothing but a scam, stay away unless you want your phone damaged and to throw your money away. Bunch of absolute jokers.

I bought 2 x GENUINE APPLE phone chargers and received 2 fake ones. They don't work and are no use at all. The iPhone 5S will not work with counterfeit goods - it comes up with an error message saying this is not certified. I reported it to customer services - their response was appalling. The guy there needs sacking he is absolutely terrible at his job, he was rude, offensive, sarcastic and did not seem to care at all that I had received fake goods. He did not apologise or offer a replacement just said they didn't care and didn't want me as a customer!! I've reported them to trading standards and started a chargeback so I have my money back at least! I've spoken with Apple customer care and I've sent the fake goods to them. Hoping they get shut down ASAP. Starting a page to warn others about these scam artist. Do not shop here!!!!!
